All cloak locations in Mina the Hollower
To find all cloak locations in Mina the Hollower, you must be a great detective, have a decent amount of bones and kears on hand, and restore an islandwide transport network. But it's worth the effort; the permanent buffs are nice, but more importantly, you may don a fancy bright pink jacket, an all-black outfit, and even a transparent cloak.
How to obtain the green cloak in Mina the Hollower
To obtain the green Vitality Vest, you must carry two spark containers. These are the blue orbs left behind if you die — they will hold your lost bones until you recover them. The spark containers are represented by the small blue dots on the right side of your HP bar. Since you start the game with one spark container, you must find one spark container upgrade to meet this requirement. One can be purchased from the Emporium in Ossex for 1,500 bones.
Once you've got two spark containers, go to the High Street in Ossex, east of the City Center. On the south side, enter the shop with the picture of a green cloak.

How to obtain the blue cloak in Mina the Hollower
If you've had a chat with Weaver at the Ossex cloak shop, they might've told you about a mysterious cloak on a train. This is the blue Safety Shroud cloak. To obtain it, you must unlock the public transport system by donating a total of 10,000 bones at any train station (it's fine to make several smaller donations at different stations). Take the train to any destination, but avoid Coltrane Peak if you haven't been there before, as doing so will start an event.
On board the train, burrow under the closed double doors in the first wagon. In the private cabin, hit the candle in the southwest to open a hole, leading to the blue cloak (see our guide on how to get the cloak on the train for more details).

How to change cloaks in Mina the Hollower
As the cloaks in Mina the Hollower are equipped automatically, there's no need to change between cloaks; both the +25% HP and -25% damage effects remain active at all times. However, you can change the color of your cloak.
To do so, return to the cloak shop on High Street, Ossex, and speak with Knitts. If you've obtained both the Vitality Vest and Safety Shroud, he'll sell you the custom fitting for 2,000 bones. In the customization menu, you can change Mina's hue, cloak color, and skin tone. You can even turn her invisible, but don't expect that to make the game any easier.
