All Saints star Melanie Blatt, 51, reveals the results of £2,500 non-surgical facelift and says she'll try 'pretty much anything'

Melanie Blatt has revealed the results of her £2,500 non-surgical facelift after filming herself undergoing the 'spicy' cosmetic procedure.

The All Saints star, 51, shared videos on TikTok documenting her treatment last week and showing fans how her face looked afterwards.

Melanie underwent Endolift at the Dr Band clinic in Goodge Place, central London, which specialises in non-surgical cosmetic treatments.

The minimally invasive procedure uses a very fine laser fibre which is passed beneath the skin to heat and tighten tissue and stimulate collagen production.

Speaking from the clinic on the day, Melanie said: ‘This is a treatment that I’ve wanted for absolutely ages. Loads of my friends have had it, and one in particular came to this clinic to get it done, so here I am.’ 

The Never Ever hitmaker stressed that the treatment was non-surgical, adding: ‘Listen, this isn’t a facelift, let’s not get it twisted, but I’m up for trying, well, pretty much anything.’

Melanie, who runs a burger pop-up at an east London pub, admitted she felt nervous before beginning but said she was quickly put at ease by the doctor.

She explained: 'She’s so knowledgeable. She made me feel really calm and safe - because, you know, you can get a bit nervous before procedures and stuff, because you don’t know what it’s going to feel like. Even though lots of my friends have told me.’

The mother-of-one then filmed the doctor mark out the treatment areas on her face before giving her local anaesthetic.

'She’s putting in the local anaesthetic, which is a little bit spicy,' Melanie admitted. 'But if you’ve had [cosmetic treatments] Morpheus8 or Profhilo, it’s like a little bit of pain for a few seconds, and then everything’s cool and numb.

‘So, therefore, after that, the actual laser - you don’t feel it at all, basically.’

Endolift does not involve surgical incisions or stitches. Instead, a hair-thin fibre carrying laser energy is inserted beneath the skin through tiny entry points.

The heat is intended to contract loose tissue, target small pockets of fat and encourage the skin to produce more collagen over the following months.

'Basically, it’s a tiny, tiny laser that goes under your skin,' Melanie said during the process. 'It’s supposed to tighten and [you] get better skin quality... firmer.

'You see the lasers going in. There’s, like, a little snap, crackle, pop sound which I very much love. It felt very satisfying, like something was happening.'

Just moments after the one-hour procedure, while she was still in the clinic, Melanie said: ‘This is me all done... I’m a little bit red, a little bit swollen, a little bit bruised, a bit bumpy, but fine, really.'

The clinic advises that swelling and tenderness can last several days, while bruising, temporary numbness and small irregularities beneath the skin can also occur as the area settles.

Unlike a surgical facelift, Endolift is carried out under local rather than general anaesthetic and patients go home the same day.

The clinic says any initial tightening can continue developing for three to six months as collagen forms, with individual results varying.

Melanie later posted another video to show how she was getting on. She said: 'So this is now five days later, this is what my skin is looking like. I’m really happy so far.'

Reflecting on the procedure, she added: 'It’s not scary or weird.’

The former Celebrity MasterChef star has previously been open about having other cosmetic treatments.

Speaking earlier this year, she said: ‘I have Botox, fillers, skin boosters. I’m like, “Pump me up!” I just want to keep going, looking okay.’

Melanie rose to fame with All Saints in the Nineties, with the group scoring five UK number one singles including Never Ever, Pure Shores and Black Coffee and selling more than 10 million records worldwide.

She has one daughter, Lilyella Zender-Blatt, 27, from her former relationship with ex-Jamiroquai bassist Stuart Zender, 52.
