Respawn Entertainment released the Apex Legends Season 25 patch notes on May 5. Like all major updates, the update includes several weapon buffs and nerfs aimed to shake up the meta yet again. It now has decreased damage from 21 to 19, with an increased hipfire spread and recoil, while its Selectfire has also been removed. The Devotion now has a new perk: the combination of a purple-tier barrel, stock, and mag will turbocharge the LMG and reduce its spin-up time. This will make the weapon deadly during late-game moments, when the stakes are higher. Attachments of other tiers have been slightly tweaked for this weapon: Blue: Improved stability and recoil control (equivalent to old Purple) Purple: Advanced stability and recoil control Apart from that, the purple mag now has an increased bullet capacity to 52 from 48. On the other hand, the L-STAR EMG now has an increased vertical and horizontal recoil and a significantly reduced projectile size. Marksman The Bocek Compound Bow has been heavily updated. You can now find it on Sniper Arsenals, and it has its own reserve of 40 arrows. You can even retrieve the arrows shot into the world to replenish the supply. Along with that, arrows that were shot at players can be retrieved from the top of their Death Boxes. A maximum of four Arrows can be retrieved from death boxes. The max charge damage has been decreased to 55 from 75, and the rate of fire has been nerfed too. Shattercaps are removed, and Frag Grenades can be used to energize the Bocek with explosive arrows. The Bocek will be a great companion to Sparrow, the latest Legend to join the roster in Apex Legends Season 25. You must fully draw to fire an explosive arrow. They stick into the world or a player upon hitting, and these explosive arrows now have a reduced damage of 40 and a headshot damage of 64. They will explode in a five-meter radius, dealing 25 extra damage after a 2-second delay. The Triple Take's damage per bullet has been slightly increased to 23 from 22, along with an increased rate of fire. Its Choke speed is also significantly increased, and a Gun Shield Generator has been added.
