Jennifer loves TV, especially science fiction. She also loves late-night talk shows, due to her insomnia. Alien: Earth is definitely one of her favorite shows, and she jumps on any chance she gets to write about it. Even on her days off, she will claim an Alien Earth article if one is available.
Jimmy Kimmel and Jimmy Fallon are two of her favorite late-night hosts, and Conan O'Brien before he left his show.
Her Alien: Earth coverage for ScreenRant is by far the work that she is most proud of so far.
She was initially a finance and political editor, but her passion for pop culture convinced her to transition into entertainment journalism.
During her off time, she loves to binge-watch cooking shows such as Kitchen Nightmares. Jennifer also loves spending time with her daughter and cherishes every moment of it.
Avengers: Doomsday just dropped a major first look.
Marvel Studios has offered fans an exciting preview of Avengers: Doomsday through a convention display at Shanghai Expo. The promotional booth recreates two locations that are expected to appear in the upcoming MCU film, Doctor Doom's throne room and the X-Mansion. Photos that surfaced on social media (first posted by QiaPM) from the event reveal very detailed recreations of both settings, giving viewers a sneak peek at the highly anticipated movie.
While the eye-catching displays are incredible and unexpected, the biggest surprise is that Doctor Doom's throne room may have already been seen months ago. Fans quickly noticed that the set is very similar to images that leaked online earlier this year showing Robert Downey Jr.'s iteration of the character in a room that looks almost identical to the Shanghai Expo booth.
When those Avengers: Doomsday photos first appeared online, most people dismissed them as fake and generated by AI. This is mainly due to the fact that programs such as Grok and Gemini have been the source of several fake leaks, so most fans didn't take the allegedly real images very seriously.
However, it is important to keep in mind that promotional exhibits do not accurately depict what something might look like in the films they're advertising. But the level of effort that clearly went into these displays makes it clear that Doctor Doom's throne room and the X-Mansion will likely both be important locations in Avengers: Doomsday.
Marvel Studios has remained fairly secretive about Avengers: Doomsday, revealing very little other than its massive cast of returning actors. The star-studded lineup will feature Chris Evans (Captain America), Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Pedro Pascal (Mister Fantastic), Paul Rudd as (Ant-Man), Channing Tatum (Gambit), Simu Liu (Shang-Chi), Ian McKellen (Magneto), Tom Hiddleston (Loki), James Marsden as (Cyclops), Anthony Mackie (Sam Wilson), Florence Pugh (Yelena Belova), and Patrick Stewart (Professor X), alongside Downey Jr. (Victor von Doom).
While Avengers: Doomsday is not directly adapting one specific comic book, it will be drawing inspiration from several stories. Director Joe Russo revealed that the movie combines elements from 1984's 12-issue series, Marvel Super Heroes Secret Wars (by Jim Shooter, Mike Zeck, John Beatty, and Bob Layton), as well as Jonathan Hickman and Esad Ribić's 2015 Secret Wars storyline.
Avengers: Doomsday will be released in theaters on December 18, 2026. All existing Avengers films (The Avengers, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Avengers: Infinity War, and Avengers: Endgame) can currently be streamed on Disney+.
