Below Deck Mediterranean stars Gael Cameron and Nathan Gallagher have been named in an apprehended violence application filed in a New South Wales court.

A listing on the NSW Online Registry shows an apprehended violence application involving Cameron, with the matter listed for a court appearance on September 1, 2026.

The publicly available listing does not reveal who made the application, who it is against or the allegations behind it.

The case number indicates the matter was filed in 2025, although the precise circumstances surrounding the application are not publicly detailed.

An AVO application is a request for a court order intended to protect a person from another person.

Under NSW law, a court can make an apprehended domestic violence order where it is satisfied there are reasonable grounds for a person to fear violence, intimidation or stalking.

The court filing comes after months of speculation about the couple's relationship

An application itself does not establish that violence occurred or that an AVO will ultimately be made.

The court filing comes after months of speculation about the couple's relationship.

Cameron, who is from Sydney, and Irish-born Gallagher met while filming Below Deck Mediterranean.

They initially split after their romance on the show, before reconciling in 2024.

In June 2025 the couple welcomed their first child - a son named Kayden.

But by March this year, fans noticed Cameron had apparently unfollowed Gallagher on Instagram.

Gallagher also briefly returned to social media during his announced break, posting a photo accompanied by lyrics referring to an ex having blocked him.

The posts fuelled speculation that the pair had separated.

The couple continued to share some family updates, however, including footage of Cameron with their son at a Sydney zoo in March.

By June, further reports noted that Cameron and Gallagher were no longer following each other and that Gallagher had largely disappeared from Cameron's social media.

Neither had publicly confirmed a split.

Bravo has continued to feature the pair's relationship in its coverage of Below Deck Mediterranean Season 11, including reports about the challenges they were facing.

It is unclear whether either Cameron or Gallagher will seek to have the matter withdrawn or whether an order will ultimately be made.

The pair have not publicly commented on the court filing.
