Ben Affleck said he is guilty of being a trash talker while playing video games.

The 54-year-old actor admitted he often finds himself 'getting into arguments' and swearing at random kids while he is playing Fortnite with them.

'Twelve year olds just f*** you up,' he quipped while chatting with Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce on the NFL star brothers' recent New Heights podcast episode.

He noted that his teen son is 'obsessed with Fortnite' and explained that is how he started playing the online multiplayer battle royale and survival video game.

He shares three children - Violet, 20, Fin, 17, and 14-year-old Samuel - with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner.

Affleck said that with his experience with playing Madden and 'first-person shooter games,' he thought he was coming in with an advantage to play Fortnite, which is a third-person style online game.

He said he was quickly humbled and schooled by the young kids playing the game: 'I get killed right away, and they taunt you and s*** like, "You suck! F*** you!"'

Affleck continued: 'I end up getting in arguments. "F*** you! I don't suck, I'm a grown man!"'

The actor, who has been promoting his new Netflix crime thriller Animals, also recently shared another humbling moment online after trying to connect with his kids.

He said he refuses to use social media now, saying he would be a 'terrible influencer' and admitting he was previously 'banned' from Instagram twice.

'I got banned from Instagram twice for impersonating myself,' he told Variety on Wednesday.

'I had six followers. It was my kids and some of their friends. It was just an excuse for me to look at [my kids'] social media accounts,' he explained.

He added that he doesn't see the benefits of actors being active on social media as he explained why he does not have any public accounts of his own.

'There used to be a time when everything you said or did wasn't on the permanent record,' he said.

'As you get older, you become aware of what that means,' Affleck continued.

'I experienced the whole world and had a whole life in private. I have a real sense of how valuable that is.'

He added: 'I think Daniel Day-Lewis and Meryl Streep and Viola Davis and Denzel Washington are brilliant actors.

'It doesn't help me appreciate their movies to see what they had for lunch,' he continued.

'I realize I sound like an old, out-of-touch person, but I believe that as an actor, you have to maintain an illusion.'
