Bunnie XO debuts new boob job and reveals she lost 20lbs amid 'devastating' Jelly Roll divorce

Bunnie XO showcased a post-divorce makeover on Friday, revealing she has upgraded her breast implants and lost 20 pounds amid her divorce from Jelly Roll.

Speaking on her Dumb Blonde podcast, the 46-year-old YouTuber opened up about her recent physical transformation, explaining that she opted for a breast augmentation following unintentional weight loss that nearly left her hospitalized for malnutrition.

'I lost 20 pounds. I was not eating. I wasn't drinking.' Bunnie went on to share that at some points her friends had to get her IVs because of how malnourished she was. 'I couldn't even stand up, because I was so f*****g devastated.' 

Bunnie's friends were also concerned about her mental health and took turns watching her.

'I was on the floor screaming, crying, because I could not understand what the f**k was going on,' the star - who was recently caught kissing a hunky reality TV star - said.

Jelly Roll, 41, filed for divorce on May 18 after nearly 10 years of marriage. While their divorce has yet to be finalized, both have already jumped back into the dating pool.

The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for Bunnie and Jelly Roll for comment. 

Elsewhere on the podcast Bunnie - born Alisa Andrea DeFord - discussed her new breast implants.

'Your girl got her boobs done. This is the first peek that anybody has of them. This is the new rack guys,' she said while pulling down her hot pink zip-up hoodie.

She opted to go under the knife after her 20 pound weight loss left her chest looking like 'ski slopes.'

'They're super small but I just needed them to perk back up. Cause them babies were looking like I could tie them in a knot,' she joked, adding, 'Over the shoulder boulder holders.'

'We did very, very small implants. We did 310cc on one and the other one is 300.' 

Bunnie said she was only three days post-op while filming the podcast. 

In addition to the breast augmentation, she candidly shared that she underwent an under-eye treatment that left her 'swollen and bruised.'

'I was like, just let me have this era of my life, just being super whatever I want. Just do whatever the f**k I want.'

'I'm all for advocating for women to do whatever they want with their bodies,' she added, explaining how she had to get breast implants removed in the past due to health issues.

'I feel like I'm a lot healthier this time around... than I was in 2019 when I was still detoxing after all the trauma I had been through and the copious amounts of drugs and alcohol I drank for the 13 years I had those bad boys in.'

'My implant had folded in half and literally a lobster claw size of scar tissue started growing in it,' she said.

'I always preach "love yourself,"' she went on. 'And if loving yourself means putting boobs in, getting work done — do whatever makes you happy, dude.'

It comes after Bunnie recalled the cruel comments she received from trolls about her weight while undergoing IVF treatments.

The couple, who confirmed their shock divorce last month, began their in vitro fertilization (IVF) journey in 2024.

And as the Stripped Down author began gaining weight due to hormones, the country singer was in the midst of a total weight loss transformation.

He had previously tipped the scales at over 500lbs but by November 2025, after major diet and exercise changes, he dropped down to his goal weight of 265lbs.

'As I was going through IVF, it put weight on me,' Bunnie said on her podcast. 'And people would be like, "Oh, she's bigger than her husband now!"'

She continued, 'You're literally trying to make a baby with your body, and it's like people just have no respect.'

Despite the recent split, both Bunnie and Jelly have already started dating again. Bunnie was spotted kissing hunky reality TV star Dylan Wolf over the Fourth of July holiday while partying at the country singer's Nashville bar.

Wolf is known for appearing on the new Netflix reality show Calabasas Confidential which dropped on the streaming site back in May.

Her amorous display came after Bunnie previously confirmed to her fans that Jelly was 'dating again.'

Sources told TMZ that the pair's decision to separate was 'mutual' after they tied the knot back in 2016, and would have celebrated their tenth wedding anniversary in August.

In documents obtained by the Daily Mail, the singer filed his petition for divorce on May 18 and the date of separation was listed as May 9.

He cited 'irreconcilable differences' as the reasoning for the separation.

A moving truck had also been pictured in front of the estranged couple's $6.5 million home near Nashville at the time of the divorce news.

Jelly and Bunnie first crossed paths in 2015 and became friends due to her being in a relationship at the time. However, following her breakup, she and Jelly Roll sparked up a romance.

The following year, the pair married at the Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas.

Both he and Bunnie briefly split in 2018 after the music artist had an affair and admitted that cheating on his wife had been 'one of the worst moments' of his life.

Back in 2023, the couple exchanged vows once again in Las Vegas at the same chapel where they initially said 'I do' in 2016.

Bunnie revealed on her podcast episode that despite the divorce, both she and the singer still plan on having a baby together after trying to conceive a child through IVF over the past two years.

'We're literally settling our divorce in like... We've done it in like, what? Three weeks? Two weeks? We're still having a baby together. So, we have been the most unconventional couple that you guys have ever encountered.'
