Celebs' Plastic Surgeries by the Numbers: $218K Facelift and More

The Talk alum has never shied away from discussing her plastic surgeries.

"I’ve had a string of cosmetic procedures beginning with a browlift and facelift," she told The Telegraph in December 2023. "I had liposuction on my neck and had it lifted, too. I had my breasts lifted, my arms lipo-ed and my tummy tucked."

Additionally, "I had my bum lifted and implants inserted," Osbourne continued. "Then I had a facelift three-and-a-half years ago. I was left with one eye higher than the other. It took a year to put it all right."

As for how much this all cost?

"Well, I haven’t kept a running total," Mrs. O admitted, "but it must top more than a million."

The Jennifer's Body actress has also been open about the changes she's made to her body, including a nose job, boob jobs, Botox and filler. And while she hasn't revealed the price tag for all her procedures, she has given a dollar-amount for her breast augmentations.

"My mom said that I used to go into the bathroom, and stand on the toilet, and pull up my shirt to see if my boobies had grown, and I would get really upset that I didn't have big boobs," Fox said on Alex Cooper's Call Her Daddy podcast in March 2025. "Thirty thousand dollars later, now I do."

"For what I did, it would've cost me $50,000 in America," he said on The Bootleg Kev Podcast in October 2022. "I paid, like, $7,800-$7,500."

But then, Akon ended up shaving his head.

"I did the transplant to grow hair. The problem was my hair wasn't going," he noted on the podcast in April 2025. "So, I said, 'F--k it. I'm just going to keep it cut to keep it even.' But I actually like it better this way."

The comedian is taking those laughs all the way from the bank, revealing the hefty cost of her third facelift.

"It was not cheap," she noted on Josh Peck and Ben Soffer's Good Guys podcast in November 2025. "You ready? $218,000."

The price of the Dance Moms alum's veneers could be considered near the top of the pyramid.

"Most expensive thing I'm wearing? My teeth," she told BuzzFeed at the GLAAD Media Awards in March 2024. "These motherf--kers cost me $50,000."

Because The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star is all about the receipts, proof, timeline and screenshots, she's given a detailed account of the plastic surgery and cosmetic work she's had done.

And while Gay gets a lot of it for free as the owner of a medical spa, she's still racked up a grand total.

"Counting all of the things I’ve had done, I’m probably $200,000 into my physical appearance," she told Bustle in November 2025 about her list, including Botox, filler, two nose jobs, blepharoplasty and $30,000 veneers, "and it was worth every penny."

Confessing the price did give her pause, the talk show host's view on her lower deep plane facelift has been nothing but positive.

"Why do I look like this? $90,000," she told People in July 2026. "I was worried about the cost. I don’t like to waste money. And I would never spend that on a car."

The Soup alum is ladling up an estimate for a hair transplant—one of the many he's been open about undergoing.

"Ten thousand dollars," he said on Mark Normand and Sam Morril's We Might Be Drunk podcast in July 2025. "It might've gone up."

And McHale would know as he shared he's gotten the procedure more than once for maintenance. "I'm fully bald," he stated. "This is four transplants."
