Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky's daughter India, 14, wins all-boy rodeo competition with top honours as Thor star brands her 'savage'

Chris Hemsworth had reason to smile on Thursday when he shared footage of daughter India competing at a local rodeo.

In a clip shared to Instagram, the 14-year-old is seen riding a bucking bull for an impressive nine seconds before tumbling to the ground and securing a win in an all-boy competition.

Understandably, her Hollywood action hero father was pleased as punch with her ability and taking home top honours.

'Just wanna say my daughter is a savage,' the Thor star captioned the footage.

'Only girl in the comp and took home the win,' he continued alongside a bulging bicep emoji, before adding 'proud moment' and a red love heart.

In a second video that was filmed before the finale, Hemsworth can be heard hyping her up ahead of her big moment.

'There she is, champion bull rider,' he said in the video. 'How you feeling, India? Are you gonna hang on? Seven seconds?'

'Seven? Why Seven?' she replied. 'You have to stay on for eight.'

He added jokingly, 'Eight seconds, what do I know?'

It wasn't long before the post was inundated with comments congratulating India.

Karl Stefanovic's wife Jasmine shared a spirited 'wow'.

Aussie sporting WAGS Kyly Clarke, Bec Judd and Jessie Murphy also offered kind thoughts.

Hemsworth hasn't had a lot of reason to smile as of late.

The Australian A-lister recently shuttered his production company Wild State, with employees receiving notice that they will be paid out to the end of 2026.

A website for the company no longer works, leading to a blank page that indicates it has 'expired'.

Hemsworth reportedly ditched the 'side-hustle' to focus on more lucrative movie opportunities, Page Six reports.

His decision to close up shop was 'more of a life choice,' and he remains 'proud' of what the company achieved in its short run, the publication claims.

The Marvel star started Wild State alongside co-founder Benjamin Grayson in 2022.

However, it's not all doom and gloom.

Hemsworth secured a $57million deal in July for two upcoming Avengers films.
