Dancing With the Stars Season 35 Cast Revealed
Sharna Burgess Details “Coming Home” to DWTS After 5-Year Break
Dancing With the Stars is sharing who is ready to jive for season 35.
Indeed, the ABC reality series revealed 12 additional celebrities who will be competing for the Mirrorball Trophy alongside previously announced contestants Ciara Miller, Maura Higgins, Guillermo Rodriguez and Jackson Olson for its upcoming season, premiering Sept. 15.
On the Sept. 2 episode of Good Morning America, ABC announced several actors joining the cast, including Glee alum Harry Shum Jr. (who will be dancing with pro partner Jenna Johnson), 10 Things I Hate About You actress Julia Stiles (with Ezra Sosa), Step Up star Jenna Dewan (with Val Chmerkovskiy) and Fresh Prince of Bel-Air's Tatyana Ali (with Jan Ravnik).
Plus, reality stars Tyler Cameron of Bachelor Nation and Conner Leavitt of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives are bringing their game faces with their respective pros, Sharna Burgess and Adele Zaikman, along with Love Thy Nader's Sarah Jane Nader, who will vie for the Mirrorball with new pro Hailey Bills, marking a rare same-sex pairing for DWTS.
Meanwhile, singer Taylor Hanson will compete with pro partner Britt Stewart, chef Giada De Laurentiis with Alan Bersten and comedian Connor Wood with Rylee Arnold.
And the roster wouldn't be complete without some all-star sports representation, as Paralympian Ezra Frech and Olympian Amber Glenn are in it to win it with their respective partners, Daniella Karagach and Pasha Pashekov.

As for the previously announced stars who will be putting on their dancing shoes, Higgins will dance with her Traitors costar Mark Ballas, Olson is tangoing with Emma Slater, Rodriguez will hit the floor with Witney Carson and Miller will be in the house with Brandon Armstrong.
New to the pro cast this year are Bills—Johnson's niece who danced on troupe last season—and Zaikman, who won the Dancing With the Stars spinoff series The Next Pro, which was hosted by reigning season 34 champion Robert Irwin.
And while the Hulu spinoff series surely kept some DWTS fans at bay as they waited for the official season 35 full cast reveal, it's been several months since Miller and Higgins were announced as the first two celebrity contestants in April.

And for Higgins, getting the opportunity to join the show was a long time coming. After all, she confirmed to DWTS co-host Julianne Hough that she'd been "manifesting" the experience.
"I had it on my vision board," Higgins told Hough following the announcement at Hulu's Get Real House Live. "And now it is happening, which I cannot believe, and I know it's going to be so, so hard, but because I really want to do it, I'm going to put my all into it."

Not unlike her fellow Traitors alum, Miller expressed that she was ready for a new challenge.
"I feel like this is the perfect moment," the Summer House star shared in an April video message. "I feel like I'm opening a new chapter, and I'm so excited to share it with all of you guys. Can't wait to put my energy on the dance floor."
Less than a month later, ABC revealed Olson would be trading the diamond for the ballroom to join Higgins and Miller for season 35.
As for Rodriguez? Jimmy Kimmel announced the exciting news that this right-hand man had joined the cast.
"This person is someone you know, someone you love, he is someone we know quite well," he teased on the June 17 episode of his ABC late-night show. "The star who will be dancing, who will be competing for the Mirrorball Trophy on season 35 of Dancing With the Stars is our very own Guillermo!"

The Love Island UK alum is hoping her love for DWTS doesn't betray her as she manifested this experience.
"I have a vision board and I redo it every year," she told E! News in May. "This year is the first year that I stayed at home by myself on New Year's Eve. I did not go out at all. I made myself a bowl of pasta and a glass of red wine and I redid my vision board for the year. Dancing With the Stars was already on it from the year before. However, I added five more Dancing With the Stars on the board."
