Ellie Watkins and Megan Pickford have shared their preparations for the England vs Norway game as they lead the WAGs heading to watch the World Cup.

Ahead of the quarter-final clash, held at the Miami Stadium on Saturday night, they all made their way to Florida and made the most of the world-famous beaches.

Ellie took to her Instagram Stories on Friday evening, revealing that she had touched down in the Sunshine State. 

She also posted a stunning snap of her out for dinner, the night before the big game, where she will watch her husband Ollie.

Megan also revealed that she's already well-prepared for the match.

The beauty, who shares children Arlo, Ostara and Misty with the goalkeeper Jordan Pickford, posted a clip of her panning across matching England kits for their children, with 'Daddy' across the back.

She also had matching socks, red-and-white hair clips and an oversized bow embossed with Misty's name. 

Meanwhile, John Stones' wife Olivia enjoyed a spa day at The Boca Raton resort in South Florida, where packages start at £450.

Just the night before, Olivia enjoyed a fun evening out with a pal. 

The WAG put on a busty display in a black unitard as she visited Sexy Fish in the city for sushi and drinks. In support of the team, Olivia proudly showed off her England flag phone case.

The Three Lions head into the match on the back of a historic 3-2 victory at the Azteca Stadium on Monday.

Following an hour-long delay, the game eventually got underway at 2am and it took England 36 minutes to break the deadlock.

The Three Lions will be without Quansah for the Norway game following his red card against Mexico, and Jordan Henderson will also miss out.

The midfielder suffered a freak injury when he took a tumble over an advertising hoarding and appeared to land on his arm. Henderson is thought to have broken his wrist, and stayed in Mexico City yesterday as the rest of the squad flew back to their base in Kansas City.

Whether Reece James will recover from his knock in time for the 10pm kick-off remains to be seen.

Meanwhile, Declan Rice has gone down with a bug.

The influential Arsenal midfielder is already suffering with a hamstring and lower back issue, with the problem now exacerbated by sickness.

FA officials have taken steps to isolate the footballer from the main group in an attempt to contain what could be a potentially damaging outbreak.

Camp insiders say they are confident the illness has been contained.

Rice has now missed two days of training in a row thanks to the bug, in the build up to England's huge quarter-final with Norway in Miami.

The Norwegians are in the midst of their own illness problems, with goalkeeper Orjan Nyland verifying reports of an illness in the camp and claiming that the team doctor is 'very busy'. 

Two Norway players have already missed matches through illness, while their manager has coughed violently at a press conference, and it does not appear that a night of partying after their 2-1 win over Brazil has helped their cause.
