Emma Lyon cuts a stylish figure as she announces she's expecting second child with cricket star husband Nathan

Emma Lyon is expecting her second child with her cricket star husband Nathan Lyon.

The budding influencer looked pleased as punch on Tuesday evening when she shared a single image to Instagram clutching her growing belly as she shared the news with her friends and followers.

Emma, 30, cut a chic figure in a loose white boyfriend-style shirt paired with wide-legged jeans, as she posed on a rooftop against a twilight cityscape.

She captioned the image simply, writing, 'We can't wait to meet you', alongside a sparkle emoji before tagging husband Nathan. 

Her many social media followers were quick to comment on the news.

'Congratulations lovely,' wrote AFL WAG Liv Cripps.

'The most chic pregnancy announcement ever. Congratulations lovely!!' wrote another friend.

'Congratulations beautiful!!!' said one more. 

Emma and Nathan welcomed their first child in September 2023.  

There was no indication Emma was expecting prior to their daughter's birth, with the glamour couple doing an amazing job of keeping the pregnancy under wraps.

While she attended the 2023 Ashes tour in the United Kingdom, Emma carefully edited photos she posted on her Instagram to avoid any shots that would give away her pregnancy.

She also made sure to wear an overcoat to conceal any tell-tale signs when snapped by paparazzi. 

The couple are yet to reveal their daughter's name. 

Emma and Nathan tied the knot in a romantic ceremony in July 2022 after five years together. 

The couple's relationship began in scandalous circumstances when they were caught kissing in Perth in late 2017 while Nathan was still with ex-Mel Waring.

The exes share two daughters, Harper and Milla.

Mel detailed their heartbreaking split in a post on her blog, Life of Lyons, in March 2018.

'I didn't ask for this, this wasn't the way my life was supposed to be. He was my forever, he was my whole world,' she wrote.

'Until the very end I was 100 per cent devoted to our life and I loved every part of him and our world. This was like a bomb, it went off from behind.'

'I had to deal with [it] in a very public, humiliating and confronting way. A part of me died.'
