Genshin Impact Players Notice Funniest Nerf The RPG Has Ever Had

With all the new information about Genshin Impact, fans noticed a small detail that is likely one of the funniest nerfs in the RPG’s history. Last week, developer HoYoverse held a livestream for Version 6.7, which is expected to be the final patch for the 6.X arc before the game heads into Snezhnaya. There will be an exciting new character in Genshin Impact 6.7, Sandrone, who will bring forth a new elemental reaction to the roster. However, the developer is already teasing details about the next region.

During the latest livestream, HoYoverse shared a short teaser trailer for Snezhnaya, highlighting some of the Nation of Cryo’s environments, as well as the characters, both old and new, that the Traveler will meet in the frosty region. There’s a lot to see in the Snezhnaya teaser, but, as was showcased by a post made by user KaidoPklevel on Reddit, there is something of a nerf happening with one of the Fatui Harbingers – nothing that should worry players, since this is a minor design change.

According to the post, Pulcinella’s new design has given him a smaller nose than previously seen in the A Winter Night's Lazzo teaser trailer, released over three years ago. The teaser was released shortly after La Signora was eliminated by Raiden Shogun in Genshin Impact, showing the Harbingers assembling for her funeral in Snezhnaya. However, in the most recent trailer, Pulcinella’s in-game nose (as opposed to his illustrated version in the first teaser) has been reduced.

This is a minor change, but fans of the game have opinions – even if humorous – about the new design for the Fatui Harbinger in Genshin Impact. In reference to Pinocchio, user Popular-Bid replies, saying that Pulcinella “stopped lying.” User potato_le_chip mentions that the Fifth of the Fatui Harbingers “got a nose job.” User highlights that Pulcinella’s ears have also been slightly modified with the recent redesign.

This is the smallest of the details emerging from Snezhnaya right now. Following the latest livestream, we also got to see a bit more of the Cryo Traveler in action and how they will work with Stellar-Conduct reactions – a Superconduct variant arriving in Version 6.7 with Sandrone. There have also been a few leaks about Tsaritsa in Genshin Impact, even though they are a lot less reliable and detailed than those about other characters.

With Version 6.7 arriving next week, we’ll be very close to the journey into Snezhnaya and the last Nation of Teyvat to explore. There will be a lot to see and do in what is, arguably, the most important region in the game, as the Tsaritsa seems to be making an effort to attack Celestia and the Heavenly Principles in Genshin Impact.
