Gisele Bündchen Honors "Great Man" Joaquim Valente in Birthday Tribute

Gisele Bündchen’s husband Joaquim Valente has strutted his way into her heart—and he’s there to stay.
The supermodel gave the jiu-jitsu instructor some love in honor of his 39th birthday, sharing just how grateful she is to have him in her life.
“Today a great man was born, @joaquimvalente,” Bündchen wrote over a photo of the pair on Instagram Stories Nov. 7 in a message translated from Portuguese. “How lucky I am. I love you so much!”
In the sweet snap, Bündchen—wearing a mustard yellow halter top—cozied up to her husband as they both gave the camera a smile.
But this wouldn’t be the first time Bündchen and Valente—who tied the knot in December 2025—have proved they’re a model match.
After all, the Victoria’s Secret Angel—mom to a 19-month-old son with Valente as well as kids Benjamin, 16, and Vivian, 13, with ex-husband Tom Brady—received support from her partner as he stepped out with her for a rare public appearance at the Lotus House’s annual gala, where Bündchen was honored, in Miami, Fla., Oct. 29.
“I feel so grateful to be part of the Lotus House family and to witness all the love and care that [goes] into changing so many lives,” Bündchen wrote on Instagram following the outing. “I’m so honored to be part of this journey alongside the incredible @lotushouseshelter team, all the volunteers, and everyone who gives their time, love, and support in whatever way they can.”

In addition to sharing pics alongside fellow award honoree Karlie Kloss, the 45-year-old—dressed in a button-down shirt, denim jeans and a sun hat—also posted a group photo with Valente.
And it’s clear that the athlete—donning blue jeans, a gray button-down shirt and a brown vest—couldn’t have been happier to be his wife’s cheerleader as he leaned in close to Bündchen while giving the camera a bright smile.
But he doesn’t just show up for Bündchen when it counts. As the Lessons author emphasized on Father’s Day this past June, he also shows up as the best dad.
“Thank you for leading by example, and for the values you embody, love, humility, integrity, discipline, kindness and consistency,” Bündchen wrote in a June 21 Instagram carousel. “You are an incredible role model. We are all so grateful for you, and we love you so much.”
