Josh Brolin, 58, gives rare look at his two daughters with much-younger wife, 39, as couple renew vows at Las Vegas chapel

Josh Brolin gave a rare glimpse at his two daughters that he shares with much-younger wife Kathryn as the couple renewed their vows at a chapel in Las Vegas over the weekend. 

The 58-year-old actor, who recently opened up about how he maintains his sobriety, shared a joint Instagram post with Kathryn as the pair celebrated the special milestone.

The Goonies star tied the knot with Kathryn, 39, in September 2016 and have since welcomed children Westlyn, eight, and Chapel, five. 

In one image, Brolin and his wife flashed smiles towards the camera while holding their daughters in front of the Little White Wedding Chapel. 

A number of celebrities have tied the knot over the years at the iconic location, such as Jennifer Lopez, Britney Spears, Frank Sinatra, Joe Jonas and Sarah Michelle Gellar. 

Brolin and Kathryn posed for another memorable family snap in front of the chapel with their children who wore dresses for the occasion while red heart emojis were added over their faces. 

An adorable slide showed one of their daughters resting on a couch with a flower bouquet in her hand.

Kathryn wore a sleeveless, off-white dress for the big day that contained sheer material on the skirt portion. 

Her long blonde locks were parted in the middle and effortlessly flowed down in light waves past her shoulders. 

For a finishing touch to the look, she slipped into a pair of brown cowboy boots that reached up towards her knees. 

Brolin opted for a more casual ensemble that comprised of an unbuttoned black shirt as well as a pair of blue jeans. 

The Hollywood actor also donned a pair of black shoes and sported a pair of black shades. 

The couple struck a lighthearted pose in front of the Fabulous Las Vegas sign outside of the chapel. 

Brolin and Kathryn shared a romantic kiss at one point during the vow renewal which was officiated by an Elvis Presley impersonator. 

The pair excitedly tossed their arms into the air once the ceremony was over in another photo. 

Brolin and his wife strolled down a sidewalk along the busy Las Vegas strip under the warm sunshine with their daughters. 

The Elvis impersonator was also pictured strutting on the sidewalk as he headed to the Little White Wedding Chapel. 

Daily Mail has reached out to reps of Brolin for comment, but has yet to hear back. 

Brolin first crossed paths with Kathryn in 2013 when she was his assistant on the movie Oldboy. 

The pair began dating the following year and became engaged in 2015. The couple made their red carpet debut that same year. 

Brolin and Kathryn said 'I do' in September 2016 in North Carolina with close family and friends in attendance. 

Their first daughter, Westlyn, was born in 2018 and their second child, Chapel, was welcomed to the world in 2020. 

Brolin and Kathryn celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary in September, and shared special Instagram tributes. 

On his account, the actor shared a black and white picture as he kissed his wife alongside a sweet caption. 

'In ten years I've never seen her without a costume, heard her without an accent, nor ever lived far outside the radius of her circus,' he penned.

'Growing up all I wanted was to find a playmate, someone to share the sandpit of this life with sharing whatever the imagination can conjure.'

Brolin added, 'Ten years and we're still at it, like a couple of young, stupid puppies out on a beach walk chasing birds. My romping partner -- till death do us part....' 

Kathryn also rang in the anniversary by sharing an array of images from their wedding day. 

She also wrote, '10 Years of Us. Four kids between us, one scrappy dog, three major moves, travel all over, and more love than I could've imagined for one lifetime. 

'I love you so much. It keeps getting better. JBKBStuckTogether 9/24/16,' the photographer concluded. 

Last month in October, Brolin reflected on his 10 years of marriage with Kathryn during an interview with The Telegraph. 

'The marriage just gets better after 10 years, and my family is everything to me,' he gushed to the outlet, before adding, 'My kids are always with me when I'm working.' 

Brolin is also dad to Trevor, 38, and Eden, 31, whom he shares with ex-wife Alice Adair. He was also previously married to Diane Lane from 2004-2013. 

He also gave insight into how Kathryn supports and helps keep him grounded by sharing, 'When I get cranky or whiny, my wife will tell me to go for a ride, because it fixes me.'
