Lachie Neale's new WAG Emma Field spotted cradling a friend's baby at lunch with Brisbane Lions star ahead of Hawthorn match

The newest Brisbane Lions WAG Emma Field appeared to be feeling a bit clucky on Saturday as she cuddled up to a friend's baby during lunch with Lachie Neale.

The AFL star, 33, and his ladylove, 29, caught up with pals at a cafe in east Melbourne ahead of his preliminary final match against Hawthorn at the MCG. 

Lachie and Emma later went their separate ways, with the brunette beauty remaining behind with her friends. 

At one point, she was spotted cradling a newborn in her arms and lovingly staring down at it. 

She stepped out in an all black ensemble, wearing very form-fitting leggings and a cropped jumper. 

Emma paired the athletic look with a pair of sneakers as she hid her eyes behind designer glasses. 

Meanwhile, Lachie opted for a pink-themed outfit, matching his shorts to his socks and cap before rugging up with an Alivia hoody.

He could be seen sitting down next to Emma at the cafe before he later left to prepare for his AFL match.  

The outing comes as Lachie and Emma continue to make their relationship public after going Instagram official earlier this year.

The Brownlow Medallist was previously married to Jules Neale, with the former couple sharing two children, before their split was confirmed in 2025.

Now, it seems Lachie has found a new companion in Emma, with the pair increasingly spotted together in recent months.

Emma previously lived in Melbourne and is understood to have strong connections to the city.

She has attracted attention online, building a sizeable Instagram following with a mix of fitness, lifestyle and holiday content.

Her new relationship with Lachie has already made her a person of interest among AFL fans.

Emma isn't a fully-fledged influencer, although she has built a sizeable Instagram following thanks to a steady stream of bikini snaps, gym selfies and carefully curated lifestyle content.

Before swapping makeup brushes for beach clubs, Emma ran a mobile beauty business with her sister Jamie in their hometown of Wangaratta in regional Victoria, where her relationship with Lachie is said to be the talk of the town.

Interestingly, Lachie isn't the only one to have taken notice of Emma.

Reality TV producers have also had her on their radar, with multiple sources telling the Daily Mail she has long attracted interest from Married At First Sight casting staff.

The Daily Mail understands that Lachie's ex-wife Jules is aware of his new relationship and is entirely unfazed and focused on the next chapter of her life in Perth.
