Model makes wild claim that a sex worker would make a better Bond girl than a Hollywood actress in the next 007 movie: 'A great Bond girl needs more than just beauty'

A model from the UK has revealed why James Bond producers should be looking at the adult industry when casting the next Bond girl for the franchise.

Bonni Gee says women who make explicit content are unfairly dismissed despite having the confidence, charisma and screen presence needed for the big screen.

The webcam worker, 33, who performs on Babestation, tells Daily Mail she believes she has what it takes to become the next Bond girl herself thanks to her background.

She says many women from the adult industry are just as capable of playing a Bond girl as any Hollywood actress.

Her comments come amid ongoing speculation over the future of the iconic James Bond franchise and who could join the next era of 007.

'A great Bond girl needs more than just beauty,' she says.

'She needs confidence, intelligence, presence and the ability to command attention whenever she walks into a room,' she adds.

'As a tall, glamorous English blonde with a naturally refined English accent, I have that classic elegance associated with the Bond universe.

'Beyond appearance, I bring confidence, charisma and a strong sense of self, which are qualities that have always made the most memorable Bond girls stand out.'

Bonni believes Bond bosses should stop limiting themselves to the same Hollywood talent pool and start looking in less conventional places.

'Some of the most interesting performances come from people with unconventional backgrounds and life experiences,' she says.

'Audiences today appreciate authenticity and individuality.

'If Bond producers are serious about finding fresh talent, they should stop looking only at the same Hollywood names and start considering people from different backgrounds.

'Looking beyond the traditional Hollywood talent pool allows producers to discover unique personalities who can bring something fresh and unexpected to an iconic franchise while still embodying the glamour and sophistication that Bond films are known for.'

Should adult industry stars be given a fair shot at iconic movie roles like the next Bond girl?

Bonni Gee, 33, says women who make explicit content are unfairly dismissed despite having the confidence, charisma and screen presence needed for the big screen

She says women from the adult industry are often judged unfairly when it comes to mainstream acting opportunities.

'I do think there can sometimes be preconceived ideas about women who work in the adult industry,' she notes.

'Many people don't realise that successful creators often run their own businesses, manage personal brands, perform on camera, market themselves and connect with audiences worldwide.

'Those skills require professionalism, discipline, confidence and creativity. I feel that talent should always be judged on ability rather than background.'

The glamour model believes one of the biggest misconceptions about women in the industry is that they lack ambition or professionalism.

Bonni, who's from North London, says: 'In reality, many are highly motivated entrepreneurs who manage successful businesses, build global audiences and work extremely hard to achieve their goals.

'Like any profession, there are talented and ambitious individuals who deserve to be judged on their character and abilities rather than stereotypes.'

Bonni says if she ever landed the role as a Bond girl, she wants to be cast alongside Henry Cavill and already has her Bond name picked out.

'He has the perfect combination of charm, sophistication, physical presence and classic British style,' she says.

'I think he naturally embodies many of the qualities people associate with James Bond and he would be fantastic to work alongside.'

She adds: 'I'd choose Bonbon LaBelle [for her name] because it was the first stage name I signed up with on Babestation years ago.

'"Bonbon" means sweets in French and "LaBelle" sounds elegant. It has that glamorous, classic Bond girl feel while still being fun and memorable.'

Bonni believes the Bond franchise has an opportunity to modernise its approach to casting without losing what has made it iconic for decades.

'The Bond franchise has always evolved with the times,' she says.

'There are incredibly talented women from all sorts of backgrounds who could bring something new to the role.

'If someone can deliver a compelling performance and embody the glamour, confidence and sophistication audiences expect, that is what should matter.'
