n.exchange Launches Private Swaps With an Added Layer of Transaction Privacy
August 28, 2026 — n.exchange, the non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange built for
individuals and businesses, today announced the release of Private Swaps, an optional
privacy-focused route available directly in its exchange widget.
Private Swaps give users an additional privacy layer within the familiar n.exchange swap flow.
By selecting Private in the exchange widget, users can access a two-provider route in which
n.exchange handles one side of the swap and a separate liquidity provider handles the other.
Splitting the execution path makes the complete transaction route harder to trace than a
conventional single-provider swap.
At release, the integration added approximately 60,000 exchange pairs and nearly doubled the
asset coverage available through n.exchange. The expansion gives users more opportunities to
choose a privacy-focused route across Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins and cross-chain assets.
Actual pair and route availability can vary with liquidity, network conditions, supported regions
and n.exchange risk controls.
Privacy without a separate workflow
Private Swaps are built into the main n.exchange widget rather than offered as a separate
product. A user chooses the assets to send and receive, selects Private, reviews the available
quote and terms, and confirms the swap from the same interface used for other n.exchange
routes.
Private Swaps add privacy at the routing layer. They do not promise complete anonymity or
guaranteed untraceability. Users remain responsible for checking the receiving address and
quoted terms before confirming, and every order remains subject to route availability, liquidity,
network conditions, supported regions, applicable terms and risk controls.
Privacy as a clear user choice
The updated exchange widget reduces the need for users to understand infrastructure labels
before making a swap. It compares the products and routes available within n.exchange and
can select the best available rate from those options. The Private control lets users narrow that
comparison to privacy-focused routes.
The result is a direct choice without a separate privacy product or unfamiliar workflow. Users
begin with the assets and amount they want to exchange, select Private when they want the
additional privacy layer, and review the quoted rate and terms before confirmation.
Part of a wider routing improvement
n.exchange has also made targeted improvements to its wider swap flow. DeFi routing has
expanded for floating- and fixed-rate swaps, including support for BTC-origin DeFi orders.
Provider liquidity is checked before order creation, and users can set their preferred slippage
tolerance for floating DeFi swaps.
Together, the widget and routing changes give users more choice while keeping the central
principle unchanged: the route, quote and terms should be clear before a swap is confirmed.
Availability remains dependent on the selected assets, route, liquidity and network conditions.
