Chloe Lattanzi has led the final ever Walk for Wellness charity event in honour of her late mother, Olivia Newton-John.
The fundraiser, which Olivia founded in 2013 and has raised $11 million for cancer research since its inception, will cease after this year, with Lattanzi citing the high operating costs to keep it running.
The 40-year-old daughter of the iconic Australian singer was joined by Newton-John's widower John Easterling at the last walk at Alexandra Gardens in Melbourne on Sunday.
Also in attendance was Newton-John's niece, actress Tottie Goldsmith.
Putting in an appearance was Dannii Minogue, who donned a green wig as she walked alongside dozens of participants.
Lattanzi told Seven News that she will funnel the funds from the charity, which benefited the Olivia Newton-John Cancer Wellness & Research Centre (ONJ Centre) at Austin Health in Melbourne, into other ventures.

'This isn't an end. This is the beginning of year-round fundraising,' Lattanzi said

'I feel like my mum (was saying) 'Here's the torch, my love, and let's continue. Make it bigger. Make it broader.''
Lattanzi explained that the expense involved in running the walk is her primary reason for refocussing her future fundraising efforts.
'It does cost quite a lot of money to put on the event, so we need that money to go towards the programs and the patients around the world,' she said.
The actress and dancer said she hopes to open 'an Olivia Newton-John wellness centre at every hospital' around the world.

Chloe is Olivia's only child, born in 1986 from her first marriage to actor Matt Lattanzi.
She fought several brave fights against the disease after first being diagnosed with breast cancer in 1992.
At one point, the cancer was successfully treated and went into remission, but it later returned in both 2013 and 2017.
In September 2022, Chloe appeared on Sunrise to reflect on her tragic loss.
'I'm sorry, it's still raw for me. People I don't even know have lifted me up and I have been able to engage with people going through cancer,' she said.
'It's an honour to continue the Walk for Wellness. There isn't a greater purpose in life than to give to others.
'When I went through my mental illness I focused on connecting with people who were going through similar pain.'
