Prince William, Kate Middleton Bring Eldest Kids to Wimbledon 2026

The royal family is acing Wimbledon style.
Prince William and Kate Middleton stepped out at the Wimbledon Tennis Championships in London for the men’s singles final July 12 with their kids Prince George, 12, and Princess Charlotte, 11, in tow.
For the family outing, Kate, 44, wore a green dress that featured a drapey over-the-shoulder detail, topping off her winning outfit with taupe heels and a matching handbag.
Meanwhile, her mini-me Charlotte donned a sensible blue dress with white flats.
As for the family’s royal lads, William and George both looked dapper in suits with striped ties. While the Prince of Wales opted for a gray suit with a blue button-down shirt underneath, his son opted for a traditional black ensemble.
William and Kate’s Wimbledon 2026 outing with their little ones is just one in a longstanding family tradition. After all, the couple—who also share Prince Louis, 8, together—first brought their eldest son to the prestigious tournament in July 2022.
One year later, Charlotte joined in on the tradition as she enjoyed a girls’ day with her mom and aunt Pippa Middleton at the men’s singles final in July 2024, which marked one of the Princess of Wales’ first public appearances after sharing she was undergoing cancer treatment in March of that year.

In January 2025, the mom of three shared she was in remission. And following the difficult chapter, she thanked those who supported her through it all.
"I wanted to take the opportunity to say thank you to The Royal Marsden for looking after me so well during the past year," Kate wrote on X at the time. "My heartfelt thanks goes to all those who have quietly walked alongside William and me as we have navigated everything."
She continued, "We couldn’t have asked for more. The care and advice we have received throughout my time as a patient has been exceptional."

Most recently, Kate shared more insight into the gratitude she’s gained for her body, especially after she participated in the UK’s National Three Peaks Challenge, trekking across the highest peaks of England, Scotland and Wales in support of the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity, which funds cancer treatment and research.
“Lots of people have asked me why I’m doing this challenge and partly it’s personal,” Kate said in an Instagram video shared June 28. “I’m so grateful to be here, to be strong enough to walk these hills. But more importantly it’s to give something back.”
