RHOBH Season 16 Adds Bravo Alum Tracy Tutor to Cast
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Casts Tracy Tutor for Season 16
Tracy Tutor has gone from real estate to Real Housewife.
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles alum confirmed she is returning to Bravo by joining RHOBH for season 16, which comes after season 15's Amanda Frances announced her departure.
"The secret’s officially out," Tutor wrote alongside a diamond emoji on Instagram Aug. 19. "I’m joining the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and I could not be more excited for this next chapter."
And after selling luxury homes in the exclusive zip code for five seasons on Million Dollar Listing, it's no surprise the 51-year-old—mom to Juliet Maltas, 20, and Scarlett Maltas, 17, shared with ex Jason Maltas—is looking forward to representing the city on screen.
"Beverly Hills is home. I’ve raised my girls here, built my career here," Tutor continued, quipping, "Now apparently I’ve decided to let you all even further into my life."
While the California native admitted to being both nervous and excited for the new gig, she also remarked that she was "absolutely" ready to "get into some trouble," adding, "Let’s f--king go."
Tutor's comeback is not a total plot twist, given the reality star told Andy Cohen she would "100 percent" be willing to "bring a little heat" to the franchise during a WWHL appearance in 2023.
As she shared at the time, "I know a lot of the women on the show, and I love them all…not equally."
Aside from Tutor's friendly relationship with Kyle Richards through Richards' estranged husband Mauricio Umansky, the real estate agent has offered her less-than-flattering opinion on Housewife Dorit Kemsley—hinting at her desire to shake up the Beverly Hills friend group.
"I'm fairly certain, based on my knowledge, there's several people that haven't been paid by [Dorit], including my stylist, who I think she just tallied up with finally," Tutor alleged on Jeff Lewis Live in 2025. "And so she's got my people, yet she likes to throw shade and call me a tacky woman."

As for Kemsley's response to Tutor's allegation that she "doesn't pay her bills”?
"Tracy going on Jeff Lewis—who is the poster child for inviting anyone that has anything s--tty to say about me—her going on there and talking about something that she knows nothing about, it seems more like attention seeking than anything," the 50-year-old explained on WWHL, dubbing the claims "hysterical."
With a new season on the way, why not revisit which current Wives may or may not make the cut?
