Tom Brady's flame Candice Swanepoel wears ring on engagement finger... amid claims their romance ignited girl-on-girl Victoria's Secret feud

Victoria's Secret Angel Candice Swanepoel was spotted in Florida this week with a ring on her engagement finger, amid a blizzard of dating rumors with Tom Brady.

The 38-year-old supermodel was seen with a thick, ornate gold band on her left hand as she dashed around the upscale coastal enclave Surfside, near Miami Beach.

Swanepoel, who hails from South Africa, showcased her willowy frame in a fitted ensemble including tight black trousers and a matching tank top.

She let her sleek blonde hair cascade freely over her shoulders in silky curtains that framed her luminous complexion, which was partly obscured by large black shades.

Her sighting in Surfside came the same week she found herself at the eye of a cyclone of conjecture about a romance with Brady, who lives on the nearby Indian Creek Island in a $150 million mansion known as the 'Billionaire Bunker.'

The Daily Mail has contacted Brady and Swanepoel's representatives for comment. 

Speculation has abounded that her supposed involvement with Brady caused a rift with her friend and fellow Victoria's Secret model Joan Smalls.

As the rumors gathered steam, a representative for Swanepoel released a statement saying: 'Candice has always been exceptionally private about her personal life, with her focus remaining on raising her children. She and Joan share a longstanding history and a friendship that Candice will always respect,' via E! News. 

After Swanepoel and Smalls walked the revived Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in Los Angeles this month, claims began swirling that the former had taken up with Brady.

'They’ve been dating for a while now,' one insider told People. 'They both live in Miami, so it’s very convenient. They’re spending a lot of time together.'

Brady, who split from his Victoria's Secret Angel ex-wife Gisele Bundchen in 2022, was said to have begun his relationship with Swanepoel months ago.

Another insider let slip that Swanepoel has 'been very secretive and selective about who she’s told about their dating,' adding: 'When they have met up, they’ve gone [to great] lengths not to be spotted.' 

Swanepoel shares two sons called Anacan, 10, and Ariel, eight, with her Brazilian ex-boyfriend Hermann Nicoli, who also works as a model.

They first became acquainted in 2005, when she was 17 and he was 23, and got engaged a decade later only to split in 2018, the year their younger child was born.

Meanwhile Brady and Bundchen co-parent their son Benjamin, 16, and daughter Vivian, 13, and he also has a son called Jack, 19, with his ex Bridget Moynahan.

Allegations have been circulating that Smalls, who has been friends with Swanepoel for 15 years, is livid about her supposed new relationship with Brady.

A source claimed Smalls and Brady had been 'seeing each other on and off for about a year between 2023 and 2024. It was never anything super serious, but they were hooking up for a while and still kept in touch afterward,' via Us Weekly.

'Candice and Joan had been best friends for years. They basically came up together in the modeling world and through Victoria’s Secret, so they had a really close bond and a long history together,' the insider continued.

Smalls was said to be 'completely blindsided' by Swanepoel and Brady's putative romance 'and felt really betrayed,' regarding the development as 'the ultimate breaking of girl code,' according to the source.

Speculation of a feud between Smalls and Swanepoel began swirling because of an alleged Instagram exchange that was reported by DeuxMoi.

Fans noticed the two models were no longer following each other on the platform, prompting one to ask Smalls directly if they were 'not friends anymore.'

In a supposed since-deleted comment that has gone viral online, Smalls is claimed to have responded: 'I'm not friends with backstabbers.'

Another purported deleted comment saw Smalls fuming that 'the disrespect and carelessness in how they treat you is so unimaginable,' via JustJared.

'There's no going back. Some people lack humility and moral compass. And the way they gaslight, lie and minimize your feelings is the worst slap in the face after 15 years of friendship. Not a sorry said or written. Onwards and upwards!' 

At the time, the Daily Mail contacted Smalls' representative for comment. 

Bundchen, on the other hand, was said not to feel slighted by Swanepoel's reputed involvement with the New England Patriots legend.

The two women are said never to have been particularly close, despite an amicable equation nurtured by a mutual career that saw their paths intersect, via TMZ.

Bundchen exchanged vows with Brazilian jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente last December, 10 months after she gave birth to their baby boy.
