Wuthering Waves Secret Investigation Quest Guide – all answers

There is a lot to do in Wuthering Waves, and special quests are strewn all over the map. One such mission, the Secret Investigation, will send you into an Exile camp as an undercover agent. As part of your work as a secret agent, you will need to be able to disguise yourself and answer some awkward questions. In this guide, I'll run through the whole quest from start to finish. Where to find the Secret Investigation Quest Screenshot by Destructoid The Secret Investation quest can be found to the southwest of Jinzhou. Follow the path that runs beside the water, and you'll find an NPC called Qianshan just before reaching the marshy islands between Jinzhou and the Port City of Guixu. You can see the exact location marked on the map above by the golden arrow. You will see it marked in the game with a blue question mark when you get close. Secret Investigation Quest Guide Speak with Qianshan to start the quest, and he will inform you of the need to infiltrate a nearby Exile camp. You can't just walk in and kick a bunch of ass the way you normally would, as evidence and papers are required that might be destroyed in a fight. After chatting with him for a bit, he will tell you that you need a disguise. This part is easy; just visit the two blue waypoints that populate the game. If nothing shows up, make sure you go into the Quests tab and track the Secret Investigation quest to solve that issue. There will be two Exiles at each waypoint, but they won't prove to be a problem. Take them out and you'll be able to grab the parts of the disguise from the glowing containers nearby. Once you have them both, a new waypoint will populate, and you will head there to speak with Qianshan again. Now it is time to work on the most awkward part of the quest, your backstory. Qianshan will give you lots of documents to read, but I have the answers you need right here. First question - What did the mother of Qiao Sheng and Qiao Yang do for a living? Answer - Teacher. Second question - What was the reason for the injury of Qiao Sheng’s right leg? Answer - Attempted shoplifting. Third question - What does Kuixiao, a friend of Qiao Sheng’s at the camp like doing? Answer - Studying technologies. Now, you need to pass the time until 21:00 the next day. You can do this by opening the main menu and clicking on the small clock icon in the row at the very bottom. Once you do, the game will teleport you to the Exile camp, and you will already be in your disguise. Follow the waypoints, making sure to steer clear of the of the dogs in the camp. They can smell that you are not a regular there and will give you away. Chat with the first guard. It doesn't matter what options you pick here, you will be told that you cannot come in. Take it up and follow the walkway up and around the cliff, and you will find another NPC called Kuixiao. Talk to him, and make sure you pick the "neither of us like cold food" dialogue option. Search the area when he leaves, then make your way to the ground floor again. From here, it is quite straightforward: just follow the waypoints, interact with them as you need to, and chat with NPCs when required. It doesn't matter what answers you pick from this point on. You'll end up in the same place, sneaking into the Exile Leader's tent. When you do, you'll meet a familiar face, and then a fight will break out. Clear house, then return to Qianshan to report back on what happened. There doesn't appear to be any way to avoid the fight in the end, so all your sneaking was for nothing. Where to find the Secret Investigation Quest
