Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are mourning the death of a cherished family member.

The “Hollaback Girl” hitmaker shared that her and the country music star’s dog Betty has died at the age of 18.

“It’s with the heaviest hearts that we share our sweet betty has gone to heaven,” Stefani captioned a Sept. 5 Instagram Reel featuring adorable photos with the pup. “She made us all smile for 18 years… we’re going to miss her forever. thank u betty for all the love + joy u brought into our lives.”

In the video set to the couple’s 2019 duet “Nobody But You," Stefani, 56, shared sweet throwback clips and photos of Betty with Shelton, 50, including one of the “Pour Me a Drink” singer kissing the dog’s face as well as another where Betty paws at Shelton for more belly scratches.

Stefani—mom to Kingston, 20, Zuma, 18, and Apollo, 12, with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale—also shared sweet moments of the dog bonding with her kiddos.

Shelton adopted Betty before he and Stefani began dating in 2015. Though it took some time for Betty to form a bond with “The Sweet Escape” singer, they eventually grew inseparable.

“She gets jealous,” Shelton told CMT of Betty in 2020. “She’s Gwen’s dog now, and so that’s where the jealousy comes in.”

Even so, Stefani chimed in, “She loves both of her parents very much.”

But Betty’s love for both her owners wouldn’t be the only proof that Shelton and Stefani—who wed in 2021—have seamlessly blended their lives together.

After all, the “Honey Bee” singer recently detailed his special bond with Stefani’s three kids, as well as the steps it took to get there.

"I didn't know what I was signing up for, but I was all about signing up for it," Shelton  said during the 2022 Country Radio Seminar. "And every day I've fallen in love with the boys as much as I do with Gwen."

And the feeling is mutual for Stefani’s little ones.

"They've taught me something about myself that I never knew. I'm more than just a country singer or a goofy guy,” Shelton told People that same year. “I'm someone they actually lean on, and that's not a responsibility that I ever had and not something that I ever considered even being into."

Let the Rumors Begin

"I think he's hot, don't you? But to be super honest, it is kind of crazy we both went through the same thing at the same time. There's been so many people that I've gotten so much comfort from. Just people coming to me and telling me their story. Not confiding, but sharing, which has just helped me see things from a different perspective and move forward." —Gwen to Ryan Seacrest in November 2015

"When you have a broken heart—at least, when I do—you got to get it out of your system. You want people to sympathize with you. I was at rock bottom, in the middle of hell...Gwen saved my life. Who else on earth could understand going through a high-profile divorce from another musician?" —Blake to Billboard in July 2016

Country Livin'

"I grew up in Orange County, so I don't know if you've been down there, but it's nothing like the middle of America and our nature was the beach. So to be able to be in Oklahoma and be able to experience a ranch kind of vibe is just something I never ever had, so it's just been really, it's been great, amazing." —Gwen on Jimmy Kimmel Live in August 2020

Fierce Fashion

"[My style is] more feminine than ever before. It's probably because I'm super in love and have a really manly man. I enjoy letting that part of me come out now because when I was in No Doubt, I never thought of myself as sexy. Even in my 30s, I was a tomboy. I hardly ever carried a purse." —Gwen to InStyle in July 2018

A Hand to Hold

"I think she's kept me from going to the absolute bottom. It was like literally falling off a cliff and a hand reached out and caught me, is what it feels like.
