Chris Hughes' six-year stalker hell revealed: CBB star targeted by a female fan who claims they've had an intimate relationship and is making 'gross claims' about his relationship with JoJo Siwa

Chris Hughes has reportedly spent six years being tormented by a female stalker, who has made 'gross claims' about his relationship with JoJo Siwa.

The woman has made a string of claims online that she has been in a relationship with the Celebrity Big Brother (CBB) star, and has even said he's extorted £700million from her.

Sources close to Chris, 33, have said that the woman's behaviour has become increasingly malicious in recent weeks, and she has even claimed his relationship with girlfriend JoJo Siwa, 23, is fake and part of a 'contract'.

An insider said that all of her claims are 'nonsense', as she previously stated that she and Chris have met up, but it was at a time while he was in the CBB house last year.

Chris's team has reportedly hired a criminal investigator to uncover the troll's identity. 

A source said: 'Not only is she making gross claims about her link to Chris, she's alleging criminal activity.'

They went on to tell The Sun: 'Most upsetting to Chris though is that she has it in for him and JoJo and says it's all a fake PR relationship as part of a contract agreed before Celebrity Big Brother.

'It's horrible and has been going on for six years but she does not live in the UK so it's not as easy to take action.'

The Daily Mail has contacted a representative for Chris Hughes for comment. 

Chris and JoJo began dating after they met in the CBB house last year, and in May they celebrated their one-year anniversary.

The former Love Island star shared in an interview last month that he is ready to pop the question to JoJo.

He told The Sun: 'I've definitely given it some thought. But I don't know the exact location or what time of day. I think spontaneity would be good, something a little bit different to your usual ways, but when it feels right, I'll know.

'I come from a family where you get married, you have children, and that's what life's all about.

'I've got a huge family, lots of aunties, uncles and nieces, so obviously one day I'd love to have children of my own.'

Since they started dating, Chris and JoJo have tackled the challenges of a long-distance relationship, with neither star ready to permanently move.

In an interview with the Daily Mail in May, Chris said he's 'embraced' the challenges of his long-distance romance with JoJo.

He said: 'It is tricky, but it's not as tricky as people think. 

'So many people ask me this, and it's like, before the last couple of months, we'd see each other every month, one way or another, whether she be over here or I go out there, so it's never as strenuous as people think.

'I think when you can jump on a flight and get yourself out there, if you've got the ability to do that and you've got the time, then it's a lovely thing, really.

'I kind of embrace it in the respect that I love going over to America. I love spending time with her and her family and the dogs, and it's obviously very different to being in the UK, but I kind of like that.

'It's always fun when I go out there, and yeah, we have a great time. Obviously, yes, you miss each other. That's very normal. It would be stupid if you didn't. 

'But it's not as physically demanding or as stressful, I think, is what people would think it would be.'
