Dani Dyer was supported by her footballer husband Jarrod Bowen on Strictly Come Dancing on Saturday night.

The West Ham player, 29, cheered her on alongside Dani's mum Joanne Mas as she performed a Foxtrot to Beauty and the Beast with Nikita Kuzmin for Movie Week.

Dani, 30, transformed into Belle as she wore the princess's iconic yellow ballgown while Nikita looked unrecognisable as the Beast.

In the video tape, Nikita jokingly turned up at their home as a Disney princess, delighting their two twin daughters, Summer and Star, three, as well as Dani's five-year-old son, Santiago, from a previous relationship.

Viewers noticed the rare public appearance from Jarrod and commented on the sweet scenes on X.

They wrote: 'putting Nikita in a dress to show Jarrod he hasn’t got to fear the strictly curse'

'Jarrod Bowen in the audience!' and 'Jarrod Bowen there to support Dani Dyer'.

Dani previously brushed off the idea she would fall victim to the infamous Strictly curse.

She told the Mail: 'Jarrod is so excited for me and so supportive. I’m so lucky I have such a supportive family. I said to him: "Can we dance together?"

'I will definitely be getting him up in the kitchen, we've got to have a little dance.'

The pair got married in a lavish ceremony last year at the Langley Hotel, Buckinghamshire, where she wore a stunning £10,000 off-the-shoulder Suzanne Neville gown.

Dani was awarded a score of 23 after Motsi told her the dance was 'beautiful and very elegant' but she needed to work on her spinning after going off balance.

Last week, Dani scored 22 points for her Samba and so scored 45 points in total.

The pair's first dance was to Lush Life by Zara.
