A live television interview with Delta Goodrem took an unexpected turn this week after an X-rated word was accidentally broadcast during a segment on British breakfast show Good Morning Britain.
The awkward blunder occurred as hosts Susanna Reid and Ed Balls chatted with the Australian singer about her music career, including her recent appearances at London's Mighty Hoopla festival.
As footage aired of the former Neighbours star, 41, performing at the popular event, eagle-eyed viewers spotted an audience member holding a large handheld fan emblazoned with the C-word in bright pink lettering.
The fan briefly appeared in the bottom-right corner of the screen during the broadcast, seemingly slipping past producers unnoticed before going to air.
Mighty Hoopla is a yearly outdoor music festival in London, and Europe's largest LGBTQ+ music festival.
After the mishap went viral, Good Morning Britain was forced to issue an apology.

They told Daily Mail: 'We apologise to any viewers offended by the accidental appearance of the expletive which was featured in concert footage.
'As soon as the error was discovered it was corrected and didn’t appear in the +1 and ITVX versions.'
Meanwhile, Delta has remained tight-lipped and not spoken out about the shock blunder.
Viewers tuning into the programme at the time were quick to take to X to highlight the swear word featured in the footage.
One shared: 'Love the sign that says 'c**t' in the audience watching Delta, oops, should have looked at that footage before airing it.
'Howling at the c bomb banner on #GMB,' a second wrote.
'Great work production team this morning. Check your footage first,' another sniped.
Meanwhile, off the back of her high-profile performances, Delta informed Susanna, 55, and Ed, 59, of her plans to soon perform in the UK for a number of shows.

Delta stunned when she performed last week at The Mighty Hoopla Festival in London
She shared: 'We’re so excited to announce some new shows soon to head back here [to the UK] with the new album and be able to celebrate that.'
The Lost Without You hitmaker also went on to address speculation that she's set to appear in the upcoming series of Strictly Come Dancing.
Speaking about the rumours, Delta said: 'Anytime I've ever been in the UK and I can immerse into [Strictly], I love music with all my heart. As I said last year before Eurovision, I'm always open. I love the variety of the arts... I'm always open!'
She continued: 'I'd have to work really hard because I'm a piano girl at the end of the day,' before noting: 'I'm not confirmed.'
Delta has been riding high in recent weeks following a string of high-profile international performances, including her appearance at Eurovision last month.
