Hayden Panettiere's memorial tributes revealed following emotional celebration of life in Malibu

A number of notable names participated in a celebration of life ceremony Saturday for late actress Hayden Panettiere, more than a month after her tragic passing.

A program from the event published by TMZ detailed the itinerary and participants for the event, which was held at Malibu Pacific Church in Southern California.

Sources told the outlet that around 150 people attended the service, which included a releasing of the doves, speakers and musical segments.

Among the speakers listed in the program were Sanoe Lake, Brad Farkas, Allie Beattie, Evan Ross, Jeff Beacher, Marnie Alton, Connie Britton, Kasey Kitchen and Ben Smith.

The performers listed under the music & dance portion of the program were Chau Pan and Mathew Engst; Kaala Clarke, Isabella D'Amore and Charles Esten.

The Daily Mail has reached out to Panettiere's representative for further comment on the story.

The quote, 'May her fierce and beautiful light shine on forever' was included in the middle of the program, according to the outlet.

The program also had a special thanks section which named Panettiere's former fiancé Wladimir Klitschko, who she shared daughter Kaya, 11, with.

Also thanked in that section were Lake, Kitchen, Beattie, Emily Buckingham, Barbara Adler, Caroline and Isabella D'Amore, Raquel Gomez, Cade Hudson, Beacher, Rachel Eisenberg, Pan and Engst.

The companies Avaline and Aviator Nation were also named in the section.

Following the ceremony, according to the outlet, a private reception was held at an estate in Malibu Colony.

Panettiere's father Alan 'Skip' Panettiere was on hand, while her mother Lesley Vogel was not, as well as her on-and-off boyfriend Brian Hickerson and his brother Zach, the outlet reported.

Paris Hilton was in attendance at the somber event, the outlet previously reported, with an attendee describing the ceremony as 'emotional and beautiful.'

Panettiere died August 16 at a residence in Greenville, South Carolina, in what authorities said was suspected as a drug 'overdose.' 

Last week, insiders told the outlet authorities believe Panettiere had fatally consumed a single oxycodone pill laced with the deadly narcotic fentanyl. 

Panettiere had a 'long time drug dealer' in Los Angeles who she obtained narcotics from illegally, with oxycodone among them, sources told the outlet.

Authorities said that the day prior to her passing, Panettiere had taken multiple drugs she bought in Los Angeles before flying to South Carolina, where she was found dead the next day.

Panettiere's rep said in a statement earlier this month, 'As reported yesterday by the Greenville County Coroner's Office, Hayden's death remains under investigation pending the completion of toxicology results, despite reports from some outlets stating otherwise.

'Recent reports attributed to unnamed sources are unverified hearsay and have attributed to conflicting information that continues to circulate.'

The statement continued: 'While we are all eager to find closure and better understand the circumstances surrounding her passing, we must remain patient and allow the investigative process to unfold.'

The late Heroes star's rep concluded in saying that 'the answers we are all seeking will come.'

On the day she died, first responders arrived at a Greenville, South Carolina, condo where attempts were made to resuscitate the actress, before she had been pronounced dead.

Brian Hickerson and his brother Zach Hickerson had been on the premises, with authorities saying in a report that Brian had given authorities a 'bag of medication' Panettiere had.

Hickerson's lawyer Sloan Ellis said in a statement August 20 that 'Hayden's death remains under investigation and it is important to allow that investigation to proceed.

'As has been publicly reported, police confirmed there were no signs of foul play. Out of respect for Hayden's loved ones and the ongoing investigation, there will be no further comment at this time.'

The brothers ran into trouble earlier this month after they were seen in a conflict with other patrons at the Wild Wing Cafe in Greenville, South Carolina, with Zach arrested in connection with disorderly conduct.

An eyewitness told TMZ that the brothers had been heckled about Panettiere's death prior to tensions escalating.

Following his release from jail, Zach told TMZ that the public's misconceptions about the death of the actress had instigated the incident.

'This is the problem with y'all putting stuff on the Internet: People fill in their own holes and then they want to attack people for no reason,' Zach told the outlet. 'It's just super-frustrating all that we've been through and all the rumors that get started and then people believe them, and then they attack as a result of the rumors.'

Zach said he will 'eventually' clarify any falsehoods linked to the tragic case.
