Hilaria Baldwin Reacts to Husband Alec Baldwin’s Request to “Have Another Baby” After 7 Kids Together

Alec Baldwin’s hope to have more kids with wife Hilaria Baldwin may be an impossible mission.

Nearly four years after the couple welcomed their seventh baby together, his eighth, the Dancing With the Stars alum jokingly addressed the Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation star’s apparent desire to give their kids—Carmen, 12, Rafael, 11, Leonardo, 9, Romeo, 8, Eduardo, 5, María, 5, and Ilaria, 3,—another sibling.

“When ‘I’d do anything for you,’” Hilaria wrote alongside an Aug. 3 joint Instagram video, “meets reality with its terms and conditions …”

In the clip, which was set to a version of Olivia Newton-John’s “Hopelessly Devoted to You,” the 42-year-old, wearing a hot pink paisley-printed bikini, and her husband of 14 years sat together on a couch in a poolside patio. After Hilaria sensually mouthed the words, “I would do anything for you,” Alec, 68, replied with a sly smile, “Have another baby with me.”

Hilaria then slapped the camera’s screen while getting up from the couch, before running out of the frame.

So, will the family expand their brood once again? Not according to Hilaria.

The mom of seven has previously emphasized that she and Alec are done having children. But that hasn’t stopped her husband from continuing to express his request, with Hilaria revealing to People in 2025, “He’s always asking me for more kids.”

For Alec—also dad to daughter Ireland, 30, with ex-wife Kim Basinger—seeing his kids grow up makes him reflect on his fatherhood journey.

“I don’t really want [another baby],” he admitted, adding that “every now and then, when the baby gets older and grows up to be about 2, I look at [Hilaria] and I go, ‘Time to have another.’”

Although Hilaria agrees that her kids are “so cute,” she’s not fully on board with welcoming another addition, especially in the physical sense.

As she put it, after welcoming six children, with Maria arriving via surrogate, “My body’s really tired.”

Still, Hilaria has cherished the moments each time her and Alec’s kids were given a new brother or sister.

While the couple announced they were expecting their seventh child in 2022, Hilaria emphasized to People, "One of the most beautiful things my children have experienced with a big family is how the heart can grow with every new sibling."
