Get your ramyeon on... and get swole with Skeletor
Image: NetflixJust when you thought there couldn't possibly be more KPop Demon Hunters on the way, Mattel is here to prove that sentiment very wrong indeed. Polygon has an exclusive first-look at one of Mattel's new KPop Demon Hunters toys, which recreates a fan-favorite moment from the film, plus new “Pop Culture Power Picks” from San Deigo Comic-Con 2026, including the incredible "Gym Bro Skeletor" action figure from Masters of the Universe.
When KPop Demon Hunters was first released on Netflix on June 20, 2025, nobody was prepared for how overwhelmingly popular it would become. It quickly rose in Netflix's rankings, becoming the streaming service's most-watched original film (beating Ryan Reynolds' 2021 action-comedy film, Red Notice), and even proved to be successful at the box office with its limited theatrical release. After the movie quickly turned into a smash hit, it was not surprising to see toy manufacturers around the world jumping on the property a few months later. Fast-forward a year, and Mattel has even more toys for KPop Demon Hunters on the way.
Here's a look at what Mattel is bringing to San Diego Comic-Con and MattelCreations.com in July.
KPop Demon Hunters Ramyeon 3 Pack
As revealed via Mattel Creations' San Diego Comic-Con 2026 press release, the KPop Demon Hunters Ramyeon 3-pack collectible toy (priced at $50) shows everyone's favorite demon-slayers as they grab a bite to eat. The collectible depicts the unforgettable moment when Rumi, Mira, and Zoey realize they have demons to deal with, and so they slurp down their ramyeon and get to work.
What’s especially charming about this set is that its packaging resembles an airplane. Eagle-eyed fans will recall that this design reflects the scene in which the girls focus their attention — and weapons — on the demon flight attendants trying to stop them from getting to their concert on time.
The collectible features chibi-like details, and the figures are 4 inches tall. Great things come in small packages, and the size gives fans plenty of room to position their figurines right alongside their other KPop Demon Hunters merchandise.
Masters of the Universe Gym Bro Skeletor Action Figure
Not even Skeletor's unquenchable desire to rule Eternia can get in the way of the cartoon villain hitting his protein goals. Mattel's upcoming Masters of the Universe Gym Bro Skeletor action figure puts a playful spin on He-Man's No. 1 hater, who's hitting a PB of 540 pounds on that squat. Impressive!
The Masters of the Universe Gym Bro Skeletor action figure includes Skeletor in his leg day fit, with two dumbells, a loaded barbell, extra hands, and a towel, for wiping down the equipment. Yes, he's the Evil Lord of Destruction, but Skeletor understands proper gym etiquette. Skeletor's new action figure will cost $50.
Jurassic World Hammond Collection 25th Anniversary Collector Edition Velociraptor
The Jurassic Park franchise is still going strong, thanks to last year's box office smash Jurassic World: Rebirth. To celebrate 25 years of Jurassic Park 3, Mattel is releasing a San Diego Comic-Con "Hammond Collection" Velociraptor, a recreation of the franchise's most fearsome hunter. The Velociraptor features "comic-inspired deco and highly detailed sculpting" and "comes packaged in a premium window box with an illustrated comic-panel backdrop."
But is it the Velociraptor that says "Alan!" in Jurassic Park 3's infamous dream sequence? That's up to you and your imagination!
The Jurassic World Hammond Collection 25th Anniversary Collector Edition Velociraptor costs $25.
Monster High Skullector Lagoona Blue Doll
I will admit that I'm not really dialed in to the Monster High series, but I have to put some respect on Mattel's use of "Skullector" in this collectible's branding, and I appreciate the punny name Lagoona Blue. Furthermore, Mattel uses the term "skelebrate" in the Monster High doll's official description:
Every Halloween, monsters and humans come together to skelebrate, and this year Lagoona was nominated as the party committee chair! She has a few months to organize the beast bash ever, and the first item on her agenda is... her lurk! Luckily, she's already dreamed of the perfect outfit: she'll arrive in an iridescent, wave-like gown with fin sleeves, skeletal eel accents, slouchy netted boots, and an angler fish mask—delivering an eerie, ocean-inspired look made for the spotlight.
The Monster High Skullector Lagoona Blue Doll will set skullectors back $80.
If you're excited to grab these collectibles from KPop Demon Hunters, Masters of the Universe, Jurassic World, and Monster High, visit the Mattel booth (#2945) at the San Diego Convention Center during San Diego Comic-Con, or check MattelCreations.com starting July 23.
