Nikki Glaser Reveals What She Almost Stole From Taylor Swift's Wedding

Taylor Swift Super Fan Nikki Glaser Invited to Travis Kelce Wedding

Nikki Glaser nearly underestimated just who she was stealing from.

The comedian proved it was the best of times, the worst of crimes at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's July 3 wedding, as she gave all the bejeweled details while onstage at her residency at Caesars Palace Las Vegas—including what she almost stole from the big event at Madison Square Garden in New York.

"I got really close to just stealing something from it because I was like, 'I want one cool artifact from this,'" Glaser shared during her comedy routine, per audio obtained by E! News. "So, it was late in the night, and everyone's kind of drunk, dancing on the dance floor, and I'm back by the cake vaping."

"I am watching the dancing," she continued. "It's like Mark Zuckerberg doing the robot, which is just him standing. Jelly Roll is doing the worm—or having a heart attack."

And that's when Glaser joked that she got a little overcome by her good ideas and power moves.

"I look up at the cake, and on the top tier where the two little cake toppers are, it's just Travis. Taylor's missing, and I'm like, 'Someone already took Taylor, I'm taking Travis.' This is the perfect thing to get," the 42-year-old recalled. "And there's no cameras, no one has phones, so I was like, 'No one will know it's me.'"

No body, no crime, right? But the Bangin' star found stealing other people's toys on the playground won't make you many friends.

"So I reach up, I get it. I'm two seconds from putting it in my purse," she recounted. "It's almost in there, and then I hear Tom Cruise be like, 'Put me down,' and I'm like, 'Oh my gosh!'"

But antics aside, Glaser—a longtime Swiftie who spent about $100,000 attending 22 Eras Tour shows—thought it was unbelievable she was even invited to Swift and Kelce's nuptials to begin with.

"I got the text inviting me to the wedding," Glaser said. "I never thought in a million years I'd get invited. I don't even know them, but I got invited, and I'm like shaking as I'm opening it."

"I am in there for 12 hours, and none of my family or friends know where I am," she continued. "I'm just off the grid for 12 hours. They're texting me. My location's off. They all thought I killed myself because I wasn't invited, but I was actually inside, and I have nothing to show for it, because I had to turn in my phone."

But the high-security event also meant that a lot of the A-list guests didn't get a plus one, including Jennifer Lopez.

"It was interesting because some of these celebrities were alone, and these people are never alone," she joked. "But like J.Lo was alone. J.Lo was kind of like a wallflower, like alone, awkward. And J.Lo's never alone—I mean, she is in her heart."

So, Glaser explained that the pair went to the bathroom together.

"We were like pals all night. I got to show her how a public restroom works. That was really cool for her. She was confused by the toilet seat," she quipped. "I wiped her. I mean, I did keep that toilet paper, that was my something brown. No, I didn't wipe J.Lo—she made me put water in my mouth and bidet her down."

Someone play "Clean" by Taylor Swift.

What did Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce wear for their wedding?

While Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s official wedding photos have not yet been released, the couple was confirmed to have been dressed to the nines in Christian Dior Haute Couture designed by Jonathan Anderson, who took over as creative director for the fashion house in 2025. It marked the designer’s first time designing a dress for a world-renowned celebrity.

The pair also each wore custom Christian Louboutin shoes. And Swift didn’t trade the Cartier for someone to trust, opting to sport accessories made by the jeweler.

Who was in Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding party?

While the rumors flew as to who from Swift’s squad would make it onto the altar with her, both the Grammy winner and her now-husband opted to skip the traditional wedding party. Instead, Swift had her brother Austin Swift act as her Man of Honor, while Kelce tapped his brother Jason Kelce to be his Best Man.

As for who was heard saying speak now or forever hold your peace? Adam Sandler stepped in to be the couple’s officiant. The comedian is, along with his family, a longtime Swiftie and has been a guest on the New Heights podcast. Kelce also made a cameo appearance in Happy Gilmore 2, which Swift rated “13/10” and called “an absolute must watch.”

Who attended Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding?

There was quite the evergreen group of friends that stepped out at Madison Square Garden to see Swift and Kelce say “I do.” Seriously, the guest list was over 1,000 people.

On Swift’s side, her longtime friends including Abigail Anderson Berard, Selena Gomez and her husband Benny Blanco, Gigi Hadid and Bradley Cooper, Ed Sheeran and wife Cherry Seaborn, Lena Dunham, Jack Antonoff, Zoë Kravitz, Ashley Avignone and Karlie Kloss could all be voted best dressed, fearless.

Meanwhile, Kelce had nearly every guy on the Chiefs take part in his special day, including quarterback Patrick Mahomes and his wife Brittany Mahomes, as well as former teammate Mecole Hardman Jr. and his fiancée Chariah Gordon. Chiefs coach Andy Reid, as well as owners Clark Hunt and Tavia Hunt, were also on the wedding’s lineup.

But the gue$t li$t didn’t end there. The couple was supported by stars from all phases of life, including Good Morning America anchors Robin Roberts and George Stephanopoulos, plus actors and musicians like Jason Sudeikis, Kesha, Machine Gun Kelly, Gracie Abrams, Maren Morris and the list goes on for evermore.

Who didn’t attend Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding?

Considering these nuptials simply hit different, it’s hard to believe any guest would decline on their RSVP. However, stars including Ryan Seacrest, Zoë’s fiancé (and Swift’s ex) Harry Styles and Swift’s former BFF Jaime King, whose son Leo Thames is one of Swift’s godchildren, had to skip the ceremony for their own reasons, emphasizing no bad blood.

Meanwhile, Garret “Jacknife” Lee—who co-produced Swift’s “The Last Time”—thought his invite was too good to be true. His wife Melissa Garner Lee revealed in an op-ed that her husband told her he’d received “a text” from Swift’s manager inviting the couple to her nuptials, but ignored it thinking it was spam.

Swift’s “Snow on the Beach” duet partner Lana Del Rey, for her part, also opted for a low-key weekend, skipping the nuptials in favor of hosting a friend’s birthday, which she confirmed on Instagram.

Among other stars who were formerly in Swift and Kelce’s inner circle but did not make their white veil occasion include Dianna Agron, Keleigh Sperry Teller and Miles Teller, as well as Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds. Although the stars were previously thick as thieves with Swift and Kelce, it appears a frost has arisen amid the friendships.

What have guests said about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding?

Despite the large scale of the wedding, guests have overwhelmingly emphasized the intimate feel of Swift and Kelce’s ceremony.

"It was as intimate as it possibly could be given it was Madison Square Garden," Stephanapoulos said during a GMA segment July 4. “It was really this garden inside the Garden, which was so beautiful. It's hard to imagine a place that big, and a wedding with such stars, could feel so personal and so intimate.”
