Patsy Kensit, 58, says she has no 'want, feel or interest' in finding love and rules out using dating apps after four failed marriages

Patsy Kensit has said she has no 'want, feel or interest' in finding love again after four failed marriages.

The actress, 58, boasts an illustrious love life that has seen her married to stars including Liam Gallagher and Jeremy Healy, but has ruled out using dating apps to find her fifth match.

In a new interview, Patsy said she used to be a 'hopeless romantic' but feels she's 'lost' that side of her after so many 'bad experiences.'

She said: 'I used to be a hopeless romantic. That has changed. I no longer want, feel or have any interest in matters of the heart.

'It’s a sad thing to say because you shouldn’t have lost that but I’ve had too many bad experiences now. It’s just not worth it.'

Patsy said that she sees her two sons Lennon, 26, and James, 32, as the 'loves of her life,' and she 'always misses them' since they moved out of her home.

She told The Times: 'I wish they were still at home. I’ll always miss them. They’re just a dream. Having them is the best, most important thing I’ve ever done.'

Patsy first married in 1988, aged 22, to Big Audio Dynamite musician Dan Donovan, 63. The couple split in 1991.

A year later, she wed Simple Minds frontman Jim Kerr, 66, with whom she shares her eldest son James, 32, before divorcing in 1995.

Her third marriage to Oasis singer Liam, 53, saw her become one of the defining faces of the Britpop era. The couple married at Marylebone Town Hall in 1997 and welcomed their son Lennon, 26, before divorcing in 2000.

She later married DJ Jeremy Healy in 2009, but the relationship lasted just 10 months.

The former Holby City star is also said to have accepted a proposal from her property tycoon lover, Patric Cassidy, in 2022 after he got down on one knee during a fish supper, but ended things after it became 'too hard'.

She has also previously revealed she kept a romance with actor Terence Stamp secret for 35 years because she did not want to 'hurt' anyone.

She later said her relationship with the Superman villain actor – who was 30 years her senior – began in the early 1990s after they worked together on 1991 thriller Prince of Shadows, with the actress calling Stamp a 'total gentleman' as well as 'an amazing and generous lover.’

Patsy previously shared that she was confronted by Liam's brother Noel over her decision to 'abandon' her career while she was married to the Oasis star.

Speaking on Davina McCall's Begin Again podcast, Patsy revealed it was Liam's older brother Noel who eventually took her aside and questioned why she had put her career on hold.

She said: 'I think what I forgot in that time was how much I'd done before it. That relationship became so big. It was bigger than me and therefore the pressure was huge.'

Patsy – who has a son, Lennon, a 26-year-old model, with Liam – added: 'Of course, the Vanity Fair cover and all of that stuff is very... people love it. It was a very iconic time.

'I lost part of who I was going into that relationship. I somehow lost her.'

Patsy was referring to the couple's famous 1997 Vanity Fair shoot, which saw them lying together on a bed covered in Union Jack bedding for the magazine's 'London Swings! Again!' issue celebrating Cool Britannia. The image became one of the defining photographs of the Britpop era.

Patsy had been acting since childhood and had starred opposite Mel Gibson in Hollywood blockbuster Lethal Weapon 2, as well as appearing in Absolute Beginners, before becoming synonymous with the Britpop era.

She recalled: 'I remember Noel, who is lovely and divine, and he's just always been lovely to me over the years.

'I remember him taking me to one side and saying, "Why aren't you working? Why aren't you..." because I was always off doing films and going to the States and stuff.

'And I remember saying, "Because I'm too afraid to leave him on his own."'

Patsy said Noel encouraged her to do more with her own career, but her turbulent relationship with Liam eventually 'ran its course'.
