2DayFM radio star Emma Chow has shared some incredible news, after revealing her husband Enzo has chronic kidney disease.
The Breakfast with Nath & Emma host has been approved as a compatible organ donor, with life-saving surgery hopefully planned in the coming months.
'So, we've got some news! Just coming out of the appointment on the transplant app! Emma's one went right and mine did too,' Enzo shared on Instagram on Tuesday.
'We're a match! Doctors said it was the most boring case ever because my kidneys are functioning very well,' a delighted Emma added.
'Hopefully we'll have a surgery date before the end of the year. Thank you so much for all your well wishes and words of encouragement.'
Emma admitted that it had been a nerve-wracking experience going to the doctor with her husband.

'I had pins and needles all over! But we are so happy and on the right track,' she said, before kissing her husband.
Emma broke down in tears last month as she told listeners Enzo had chronic kidney disease and they were struggling to find an organ donor.
She explained that they were hoping she was a match so he could undergo the procedure as soon as possible.
'I'm now trying to save my husband's life. Enzo has chronic kidney disease and he needs a live donor transplant. Hopefully, that donor will be me,' Emma said.
'We've been undergoing a bunch of tests... we're currently waiting for the one test that shows if I'm a match. It's the first time I might finally be able to physically help him after years of feeling like all I could do was watch him suffer.'
She added that she was working hard to maintain a sense of normality in her household during such a difficult time.
'I also have to prepare for the news that I'm not a match, and I have to be okay with that. I'm still doing important things that make him feel safe and supported,' she explained.

'Going to every appointment, keeping things as chill as possible with the kids at home, cooking his comfort meals, snuggling on the couch as a family, and sometimes just listening.
'In all honesty, I'm really tired and some days feel a lot harder to push through. But I keep reminding myself why this season is so important.
'It's so Enzo can live a long, healthy life and watch our boys grow up.'
The radio star shares two children – Valentino, eight, and Raphael, one – with her husband, who she married in 2015.
