Car importer and veteran yachtsman Neville Crichton, 81, and his wife Nadi, 47, have listed their sprawling harbourside residence in Sydney's ritzy Point Piper for between $85million and $90million.
The three-storey home sits directly above Lady Martins Beach and boasts sweeping views across Sydney Harbour, with the water essentially forming its backyard.
But despite the jaw-dropping price tag and enviable waterfront position, there is one notable luxury missing from the property: a tennis court.
The home instead makes the most of its prime waterfront location with a boatshed, workshop and direct beach access, while the lower level includes a cinema, gym, bar and entertaining area.
The north-east facing property has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and four-car accommodation, with around 1000 square metres of living space spread across its three levels.
The property also has a swimming pool, landscaped grounds and a purpose-built boatshed capable of accommodating a nine-metre rigid inflatable boat and a Sealegs amphibious vessel.

It was extensively reimagined by high-end interior architect Blainey North, who has worked on properties for some of Sydney's wealthiest residents.
Crichton paid about $39million for the property in 2017, although some contemporary reports put the completed purchase price at around $45million.
Crichton's decision to sell comes after he recently splashed out on another trophy property, reportedly paying about $50million for a penthouse atop Fortis' Ruby House development in Double Bay.
Back in 2017, Crichton made headlines with his lavish wedding to Nadi which boasted a guest-list worth more than $6 billion.
Crichton, then 71 years old, married his 38-year-old bride in front of 250 guests at the University of Sydney Great Hall.
The lavish nuptials was tipped to cost close to $1million.
The 250-strong guest list included Kerri-Anne Kennerly and her husband John, real estate tycoon and entrepreneur Justin Hemmes and wife Kate Fowler, Rugby League legend Ben Elias and Michael and Judy McMahon.
The list also included billionaire international property developer Lang Walker and his wife, owners of logistic company Linfox Lindsay Fox and his wife Paula and vitamin king Marcus Blackmore.

However, the rich and elite list didn't end there with Hungry Jack's owner Jack Cowin attending and Russian heiress Alina Barlow - whose father owns Sydney FC soccer club - attending with her husband Scott who is the chairman of SFC.
Others in attendance included Aussie Home Loans millionaire John Symond with his wife Amber and socialites Terry Biviano and husband former NRL fullback Anthony Minichiello.
Crichton built his fortune through the automotive industry and is the founder and executive chairman of Ateco Group.
The New Zealand-born businessman was also a racing driver before becoming a champion ocean yachtsman, competing in major international races and twice taking line honours in the Sydney to Hobart aboard his famous Alfa Romeo yachts.
