Taylor Swift holds hands with husband Travis Kelce on low-key date night in NYC amid couple's shock neighbor war over $5m Ohio mansion

Taylor Swift sweetly held hands with husband Travis Kelce as the couple enjoyed a low-key date night together in NYC on Friday.

The 36-year-old Grammy winner, who recently celebrated the NFL player's birthday in the Big Apple, grabbed dinner at the restaurant Old Rose inside The Jane Hotel, although it is noted on Yelp that the eatery is permanently closed.

Gossip site DeuxMoi suggested that the A-list stars could have possibly stopped by the members club San Vincente.

Swift and Kelce's latest outing comes amid their shock neighbor war over their $5 million Ohio mansion.

The Patient Zero hitmaker was stylishly casual wearing a long-sleeved, dark green shirt as well as a pair of olive green pants.

She completed the fall look by slipping into a pair of comfy loafers and carried a small black purse in her hand.

Swift's blonde locks were parted in the middle and flowed down past her shoulders in light waves.

The music artist opted for minimal accessories and added a pair of mini earrings and dainty necklace to complete the look.

Kelce also kept it casual for the evening while donning a cream-colored shirt as well as a pair of dark brown trousers.

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end guided the songstress towards an awaiting black SUV as the couple headed to their next destination.

Swift and Kelce have been blasted as 'absentee' owners by one of their neighbors who is trying to prevent the stars from building a six-foot fence and planting towering trees around their new $5.35 million Ohio mansion, the Daily Mail revealed this week.

The couple, who tied the knot in July at Madison Square Garden, are embroiled in a showdown with some of the locals in the quaint Lake Erie village of Bratenahl while building a private oasis for the residence.

Katherine Bolton has lived next door for the past 35 years, and stated that her new neighbors have been a 'tremendous blow' to 'the peace and quiet in Bratenahl.'

Kelce's home state is notably Ohio, and Swift dropped a track titled Cleveland! for The Life Of A Showgirl: The Encore late last month.

Earlier this week on Monday, Swift and Kelce were also spotted for a night out in New York City to ring in the NFL star's 37th birthday.

The lovebirds enjoyed an intimate birthday dinner at Italian restaurant Torrisi.

The Bad Blood hitmaker was chic wearing a long black dress with a lace hem as well as open-toed, black heels.

She layered the ensemble with a black leather jacket for an edgy flare and carried a mini black purse.

Kelce opted for a black sweater as well as a pair of black trousers and black shoes for the special celebration.

The professional football player has been keeping busy amid the current NFL season, and has received support from his wife from the stands at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City.

The team is currently undefeated with four wins under their belt thus far.

Swift recently made a surprise SNL cameo over the past weekend as she humorously crashed host Dakota Johnson's opening monologue.

At one point, the Verity actress poked fun at some of her most recent breakups in front of the live audience.

'I went through two very public, very lame breakups with two very awesome musicians. Looking for a third,' the actress said.

Johnson continued, 'But I have really good friends. They don't judge me for dating these men. They're actually really supportive.'

Swift was then introduced as her 'literal therapist,' and the songstress joined the star on stage, causing the crowd to erupt into cheers and applause.

The singer said, 'I'm not - I'm not your therapist, actually. You just show up once a week at my house with an empty bottle of wine and ask if I want some.

'And then you flop on my couch and overshare, and every so often I just say, "D**n, that's crazy,"' Swift added.

The actress then questioned, 'Is that not a therapist?'

The Grammy winner also fit in a quick shout out to her husband Kelce during her brief cameo.

Swift and Johnson previously reunited at the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards late last month in Los Angeles, where the actress presented the inaugural Artist Director Honors to the singer.

The Fifty Shades Of Grey actress also starred in Swift's music video for her new single Patient Zero.

Other celebrities had made an appearance such as Colin Farrell and model Cara Delevingne.

Swift recently released new music to fans with The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore, which was labeled as 'derivative and flat' in some reviews.

The latest tracks include Patient Zero, as well as Pink Clouding, Babylon and Cleveland!, with the latter appearing to be a reference to Kelce's hometown in the state of Ohio.
