Nicole Kidman isn't forgetting to have some fun in the sun this summer.

The Oscar winner has been spotted multiple times now with American businessman Michael Reinstein, first in Italy where she was vacationing with sister Antonia Kidman—and then on July 30, when he picked the actress up from Hollywood Burbank Airport in a Ferrari.

So, they're airport-pickup-level chums, at least. Which, in L.A. traffic, is its own form of commitment.

The sightings come about eight months after Kidman's divorce from Keith Urban was finalized, the parents of daughters Sunday Rose, 18, and Faith Margaret, 15, having filed to end their 19-year marriage last September.

"I’m always going to be moving toward what’s good," Kidman told Variety in March. "What I’m grateful for is my family and keeping them as is and moving forward. That’s that."

She's been jetting in every direction this year, from Chile and Antarctica to Paris and Portofino, where she and Reinstein were seen looking cozy outside the Belmond Splendido hotel.

"To the coven," Kidman said as they raised their glasses.

Meanwhile, the Australian actress continues to keep her own cup full, telling Variety that "this year and my next few years are for the adventures. I’m at a certain time in my life. I’m going to do the things I’ve always dreamt of doing that are not anything to do with work."

And with the 59-year-old vowing to always be moving toward "something good," who is the man she's now spent time with in at least two countries? Here is what to know about Reinstein:  

According to the company's website, Regent has built "a portfolio of enduring businesses in luxury, fashion, beauty, media, technology, and industrial sectors" across six continents.

For the most part Reinstein is a private person, though his firm's high-profile acquisitions—such as Swiss luxury brand Bally, La Senza lingerie and Sunset magazine—have made headlines.

He offered up his own Beverly Hills home for a "Project Refresh" feature in the November 2018 issue of Sunset after another house fell through, Reinstein explaining to the Los Angeles Times, "My No. 1 goal was to keep the advertisers happy."

According to the LA Times, which noted his age as 47 in November 2018, he graduated from USC, has a law degree from Pepperdine University and interned for Ronald Reagan (who spent his post-presidency in Southern California) in 1992. And before starting Regent, Reinstein worked at talent agency ICM, commemorative coin designer Franklin Mint and private equity firm Archtype Capital.

Kidman has certainly been keeping busy, but she hasn't been romantically linked to anybody since she and Urban separated and subsequently filed for divorce last September.

She remains based in Nashville, where her daughters attend school, but she could just as easily be in New York, L.A. or Paris on any given day. As Sunday Rose told Elle Australia earlier this year, "My mum is a really good traveler, so she has taught me how to be one, too, which makes it so fun to travel and enjoy all the different places.”

Sunday Rose made her Met Gala debut in May, making a splash in Dior alongside her Chanel-clad mom, who was co-chairing the event for the third time.
