Scarlett Moffatt has said she and her fiancé are navigating 'heavy' grief after losing two family members in the space of a week.
The I'm A Celeb star, 35, shared on Friday that her grandad had sadly passed away days after her fiancé Scott Dobinson's mum Janice died.
In a new post on Wednesday, Scarlett shared a smiling selfie of herself and Scott as she told her followers: 'Grief is a strange thing. It can sit heavy on your heart, yet somehow still leave room for tiny pockets of joy.'
'I’m learning that smiling or laughing doesn’t mean you miss them any less—it simply means love is still finding a way to carry you forward.'
'Spent the last week finding little pockets of joy in some of our favourite places.'
She shared a series of photos of family time with Scott and their son Jude, three, as well as a recent baby scan as she prepares to welcome her second son in a couple of months time.

In a Friday post, Scarlett told her Instagram fans that she had had 'more sad news for our family this week. My grandad Moffatt has sadly passed away.'
Thanking fans she added: 'Me, Scott and all our family really appreciate all of the love and kindness you've shown us following the loss of Janice and now my grandad. Thank you so much'.
On Sunday Scarlett announced the news that Scott's mum Janice had passed away in an emotional tribute, stating that she was 'so upset' that 'one of the loveliest people I've ever known' wouldn't be around to meet their second son.
However the couple are seeing positivity as they prepare to welcome their new addition. After her latest scan she said: 'In the middle of such a heartbreaking week, we went to see our little boy today.
'Seeing him wriggling away and knowing he's doing well gave us a little moment to smile when we really needed it'.
She added: '& of course our little Jude keeps us smiling too'.
Scarlett and Scott have been together since 2018 and are already parents to son Jude, revealing in April that they are expecting another baby, and gushing that she feels she was 'born to be a boy mum'.
She told The Mirror: 'All my family and friends knew I wanted another boy.

Taking to Instagram to share the sad news on Friday, the TV star penned: 'Unfortunately, more sad news for our family this week. My grandad Moffatt has sadly passed away'
'Of course it would've been wonderful to have had a girl – a healthy baby is all that matters – but my preference was a boy, to give Jude a brother.
'I'm just so happy for him. He's got someone to share his life with now.'
The TV personality shared the news of her pregnancy on Instagram with a heartwarming video of her excitedly holding up the ultrasound snap, alongside Scott and son Jude.
In the caption, she gushed: 'We honestly can't believe we're writing this… After everything, we feel unbelievably lucky to be able to say… our family is growing.
'One little miracle gave us Jude, and now he's going to be a big brother. And if there's one thing we know for certain, it's that he is going to be the most amazing big brother.
'We are so grateful, so excited, and still a little bit in shock… Our hearts are fuller than we ever thought possible.'
The former Gogglebox star has previously opened up about her challenging four-year fertility journey before welcoming Jude in June 2023.
