Where to find the soccer field in Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3

The soccer field is an unnamed POI, so it's a little difficult to spot on the map. To make matters worse, there's only one soccer field and seemingly everyone wants a Striker Sprite, so it's a fairly contested drop spot. However, there is an easier way to get a Striker Sprite and extract it.

Here's where to find the soccer field in Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3.

The soccer field is located in the bottom left corner of the map, southeast of Heatwave Harbor and west of Sunken Shores. Make sure to look for a blue rectangle on the map, as this soccer field is not your usual green.

While you can immediately drop at the soccer field, a lot of players are trying to quickly secure their Striker Sprite as well, so there will be a bunch of people landing here at the start of a game. If you want to land here quickly, we recommend freefalling into the water, as you won't take damage, and you'll be able to quickly run over to the soccer field. However, the extraction point is not available until the first storm circle closes, so you'll have to survive the onslaught anyway.

Instead, we recommend coming to the soccer field later in the match, as the battle may have quieted down a bit, you'll have a better loadout, and there won't be as many players around.

How to get a Striker Sprite in Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3

To get the Striker Sprite, you need to score a goal at either of the two goals on the field. The soccer ball starts off beside the extraction point at center field, but someone may have already moved it around the pitch.

Run into the soccer ball to move it around, and kick it into the goal. The ball will transform into a Striker Sprite once it's in the goal. However, each player can only get one Striker Sprite, so don't waste your time trying to score multiple goals. On the bright side, there's an extraction point in the middle of the field, so you can quickly extract your sprite.

The Striker Sprite will give you the Overdrive effect whenever you mantle, hurdle, or wall scramble.
