Abbey Clancy accuses Peter Crouch of cheating as he debuts new 'mid-life crisis' moustache

Abbey Clancy has accused Peter Crouch of cheating as he debuted a new 'mid-life crisis' moustache. 

The pair spoke about the 45-year-old's new look on their The Therapy Crouch podcast, where the WAG, 40, even questioned if he was having an affair.

He said: 'Just another update, guys. Uh, Ab thinks I'm having a midlife crisis.'

Gaz, the producer, asked behind the camera: 'Oh, yeah. Why is that?'

Peter continued: 'Well, I'm sporting a moustache at the moment. I kind of did it for a little bit of fun. You [Abbey] said it was nice.'

Abbey: 'You're making up this fake story. You went upstairs for a shave, which isn't weekly wine, by the way, because you left all the fluff all over the sink.'

Peter asked: 'Beard hair, you mean?'

'Yes, I don't like that,' Abbey clarified before continuing: 'He came down with a tash. And I do like you with a tash, to be fair'

Peter said: 'Hence the reason it's still on there'

Abbey interrupted: 'But it gets worse. So he then decides to put his hair in a middle part. 

'He came down with a tash and middle part, gelled, looking like freaking Alfalfa from The Little Rascals... But then a jumper tied his shoulders in a knot.

'I was like, "Who the hell is this? Is this guy Eagle?"'

Peter responded: 'This happened. This all happened in a different situation. Obviously the tash happened.'

Abbey said: 'I think you must be having an affair; you gotta be.'

Peter explained that he had been out with their daughter Sophie, 15, where she had been 'putting his hair in different situations'.

He also added that he wrapped the jumper around his shoulders so it wouldn't get in the way when he went to the toilet.

Abbey said: 'He came back looking like the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. With the new shorts he bought himself.'

Laughing, Peter replied: 'So no, Ab is all like, I'm either having an affair or midlife crisis, but there's a reason behind all of that. And also it's winding you up, so it's making me want to do it more.'

Abbey said: 'It's not winding me up more. I actually like the tash, and I actually like your hair in the middle part, but it's just so... for someone who's had zero interest in how they look for the past 20 years.'

'I take pride in my appearance, actually. I don't give a f**k,' Pete insisted.

Abbey responded: 'No, I just mean you're the kind of get up out of the shower, clothes on kind of guy.'

Last week the pair packed on the PDA in a loved-up Instagram snap, after jetting abroad for a half-term getaway.

The model slipped into a skimpy black bikini as she shared a kiss with her husband on the beach.

Abbey and the former footballer previously revealed they were planning to have a 'dry half term' by giving up the booze, and even had a bet to see who would give in first
