Right now is a great time to buy a phone, beacause because nearly every single Google Pixel 10 Pro model is on sale. Among all the discounts, the best deal belongs to the 128GB Pixel 10 in Obsidian (black), which has recently dropped to $699. That is a big $300 price drop from its original $999 price.

The other configurations don't offer the same amount of savings, but they're still quite solid. The 256GB Pixel 10 Pro is on sale for $849, which is a 23% discount off its original price. And the 512GB Pixel 10 Pro is curently $969. That is a 21% price drop.

The Pixel 10 Pro is one of Google's most recent flagship smartphones, and the fact that this deal slashes 30% off its original price outside of a major sales event is pretty unbelievable to me. The company's Tensor G5 processor powers it and comes with 16GB of RAM, delivering fast, responsive performance and enabling Google's Gemini AI. The phone features a 6.3-inch Super Actua display that delivers vibrant colors and sharp image quality second to none. It boasts 3,300 nits of peak brightness, ensuring the screen is readable even in direct sunlight.

Where the Pixel 10 Pro really shines is its camera system. The triple-camera system consists of a 50MP wide-angle lens, a 48MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 48MP telephoto lens with optical image stabilization for clear pictures. ZDNET contributing writer Matthew Miller took the Pixel 10 Pro to his daughter's wedding in Hawaii last year. He praised the device for its "effortless point-and-click shoot experience, exceptional image quality across lighting conditions," and robust editing tools. For example, you'll have access to Magic Eraser, which lets you remove unwanted objects or other people from a shot.

Battery life is great as well, purportedly capable of lasting over 24 hours on a single charge. And it's built to last. The aluminum frame and scratch-resistant glass gave it exceptional durability.

How I rated this deal

Per ZDNET's rating system, I rate this deal 4/5. Not quite a perfect deal, but pretty close. I would recommend the Pixel 10 Pro at full price, so getting it for $300 less makes this a steal. If you're in the market for a brand-new phone, check out this device. I promise that you won't be disappointed.
