D'Arcy Carden has found a good place with Jennifer Garner.

In fact, the 46-year-old gained a new perspective on Garner after the two filmed The Five-Star Weekend, their upcoming Peacock series based on the 2023 Elin Hilderbrand novel of the same name.

"As good as you think she is, she’s actually better," Carden said of her costar in an exclusive interview with E! News at the 2026 Las Culturistas Culture Awards, airing on June 17. "She’s real. She’s who she is. What you see is what you get."

She continued, "I would come home from working, and I’d sit on the bed talking to my husband and be like, ‘I’m in love with Jen Garner.’"

Carden added that she and castmates Chloë Sevigny, Regina Hall and Gemma Chan had the "best" time with Garner, who plays a food blogger hosting her four friends for a weekend in Nantucket after her husband's tragic death.

Calling the experience "beautiful," she shared. "Those are some really, really wonderful people."

The same can be said about Carden's feelings toward fellow The Good Place alums Kristen Bell, Ted Danson, William Jackson Harper, Jameela Jamil and Manny Jacinto.

"I love the people that made The Good Place," she raved. "Any excuse to be with that group again I would jump."

So, does this mean Carden is up for a revival? Not quite.

"On one hand, I'm like, 'Yes, I would do anything,'" she explained. "But there's also a part of me that's letting this this thing be."

For now, Carden is looking forward to a summer at home.

"We renovated our house, which took a really long time," shared the actress, who's been married to husband Jason Carden since 2010. "So, I’m not gonna to leave my house—in a good way. I’m just gonna nest the hell out of my house, and invite people over and make dinner."

Maybe she'll invite Garner?
