Elle Macpherson, 62, sparks rumours of more cosmetic work as she reveals her very smooth face on Sunrise

She has previously attributed her age-defying complexion to nutrient-rich food and vitamin supplements. 

But Elle Macpherson, 62, had fans wondering whether cosmetic work was also to thank for her ageless beauty as she displayed a strikingly smooth complexion on Thursday's episode of Sunrise. 

The Australian supermodel, who is currently in Melbourne, showcased her miraculously line-free visage as she chatted to Nat Barr and Matt Shirvington about health, ageing and her supplement brand WelleCo. 

During the chat, Elle was asked to reflect on the pressures placed upon mature women to remain looking young. 

Rather than commenting on her own beauty regimen, Elle noted that women have 'more information available' these days and can choose whether they focus on exterior beauty or internal health and confidence. 

The entrepreneur argued that when someone feels good internally, it creates a kind of attractiveness. 

'When you are feeling strong and supported inside… it sort of exudes and you become sort of charismatic, magnetic even.' 

Elle has long fuelled speculation that she uses injectable treatments to maintain her incredibly youthful appearance. 

In November 2023 she all but confirmed she uses fillers and Botox after gushing over facial injector to the stars Dr Joseph Hkeik. 

Sharing a picture of the pair to her Instagram Stories, the television host encouraged her London followers to book an appointment with him while he visits the UK.  

'Exciting news! My dear friend Dr Joseph Hkeik from Australia will be in London for the next two weeks,' she wrote alongside the image.

Dr Joseph is a self-proclaimed 'aesthetic skin doctor artist' and founder of Sydney's All Saints Clinic.

Her post came just a few months after she claimed her ageless beauty is actually thanks to natural vitamins and supplements. 

The Australian beauty shared an old interview of herself on NBC's Megyn Kelly Today discussing her diet and how she looks so flawless in her fifties.

'When I turned 50 I wasn't feeling very well and I wasn't looking very well,' Elle said.

She continued: 'I noticed my skin, hair, and weight... I was just not feeling inspired, I had sugar cravings, and poor digestion.

'So, I went to my nutritionist and said listen, something is wrong, I need to address my lifestyle.

'She said I was taking a lot of synthetic vitamins so she put me on a powerful multivitamin, prebiotic, and probiotic powder.'

Elle added: 'I started taking it because I was kind of malnourished and I wasn't sleeping much and I wasn't eating enough fruit and vegetables and I was drinking too much coffee.'

She said after being on this new nutrition plan for a month and taking this natural multivitamin, her life was 'transformed'.

'I saw such a change and my friend, who is now my CEO, said, "What are you doing you look amazing?" and I told her I was taking this green powder and it's changed my life,' she said.

Elle's dramatic transformation led her to start her own natural supplement business and wellness empire WelleCo.
