Jujutsu Kaisen is filled with strong characters, but none are as strong as Satoru Gojo. Throughout the series, the narrator makes sure that viewers understand that Gojo is an exception to almost every rule in existence.

Gojo is naturally talented, incredibly hardworking, and a near-genius when it comes to Jujutsu Sorcery. Even on the verge of death, he's able to discover new techniques that make him significantly stronger.

While Gojo is undoubtedly one of the strongest characters in Jujutsu Kaisen, one of his pupils surpasses him by such a wide margin that comparing the two to one another almost feels ridiculous.

This article contains spoilers for the Jujutsu Kaisen anime.

Satoru Gojo Has Always Been Billed as the Strongest, But...

Gojo's strength is so absurd that it's laughable. He can make Special Grade Cursed Spirits look useless, fellow Jujutsu Sorcerers look incompetent, and there isn't a number of enemies that can even make him break a sweat. Thanks to one of the strongest Cursed Techniques in Jujutsu Kaisen, he's quite literally untouchable.

His Infinity technique allows him to create an infinite space in between him and whatever he chooses, meaning that no matter how close someone or something gets, it can never touch him without his authorization. This was only countered by Toji and the Inverted Spear of Heaven, but even that wasn't enough to keep Gojo down for good.

Crunchyroll Is Hiding Its Weirdest Isekai In Years, and It's Worth the Watch

Crunchyroll has more than a few of the weirdest isekai around, and its latest is such a good spin on the genre that it's absolutely worth the watch.

He also has the Six Eyes: an incredible pair of eyes that allows him to see and use Cursed Energy in a way nobody else can come close to. With the Reversed Cursed Technique, Gojo can essentially use a near limitless amount of Cursed Energy for a substantial amount of time. He's such a threat that Kenjaku was forced to trap him in the Prison Realm as he was unable to just kill him.

While Gojo is absolutely in a league of his own, one of his pupils eventually becomes so much stronger than him that it puts Gojo's strength in question. Itadori Yuji, the main character of Jujutsu Kaisen, becomes so much stronger in Jujutsu Kaisen: Modulo that it makes Gojo look like an absolute joke.

Jujutsu Kaisen: Modulo's Yuji Is So Much Stronger That It's Not Even Close

Jujutsu Kaisen: Modulo is an excellent sequel series to Jujutsu Kaisen. Funnily enough, it's not the first major shōnen to expand upon its story by adding aliens (Naruto, Dragon Ball, etc.), but Modulo shines because it tells its story quickly and finishes succinctly.

In a world of bloated anime franchises, Jujutsu Kaisen: Modulo says what it wants to say and wraps it up. Out of every new idea introduced in the sequel series, none are more interesting than Itadori Yuji's reveal. After becoming part Cursed Spirit, Yuji is destined to live for hundreds of years, and he's been spending his time wisely.

Yuji has mastered Choso's Blood Manipulation, can use Sukuna's abilities even better than the King of Curses could, and has become ridiculously handsome. He doesn't even have to take his hands out of his pockets to fight Mahito, one of the strongest Cursed Spirits to ever walk the Earth.

If Sukuna was able to find a way to beat Gojo, Yuji would destory his mentor with little to no effort. His blasé attitude while fighting Mahito shows that he's not the student he once was, and if push came to shove, he would be able to kill Gojo with ease. It's a stark change from Jujutsu Kaisen and one of the many reasons why Jujutsu Kaisen: Modulo is a solid sequel series.
