Summer treasure hunt location in Forza Horizon 6

There's treasure to be found

Treasure hunt is one of the seasonal activities you can enjoy in Forza Horizon 6. The idea is to search for a treasure chest somewhere on the map, and the only clue you have is a picture. You will have to put not only your memory but also your knowledge of the map into action to find the exact location and collect your prize.

To help you locate the treasure, we prepared this guide explaining where to find the "Horizon Decades" treasure hunt box in Forza Horizon 6.

'Horizon Decades' winter treasure hunt location in Forza Horizon 6

Winter has officially begun in Forza Horizon 6 Series 2, "Horizon Decades," and the snow-covered roads can lead you to a new treasure hunt. This season, the box you must destroy to earn 3 points and 100,000 credits is located somewhere in the cold region of Sotoyama on the north side of the map. The winter photo clue only shows the box beside a wooden cabin, and some snow-covered mountains in the background.

You will find the box on one of the ski trails in the northwestern region of Sotoyama. Go off-road and follow the ski trails uphill until you find the wooden cabin on the northernmost trail. If you've already traversed the snowy hill, you can fast-travel directly to the cabin or as close as you can.

Because the region has some steep sections, consider using a car with powerful rear-wheel drive. The cabin is the only building in the area, so you can't miss it!
